Spencer the reason bigger teams in the EPL don't play their best teams in the F.A Cup anymore is because the standards in the EPL are a lot higher, there are more teams fighting for the Title and European football so it is not that it has lost its magic it is just that teams are having to find ways of doing the best at everything they can do without risking their best players.
