You gotta shake your head at how good it came after that meticulous sanding and priming and painting. Now I want one too, because this is just godly and it pains me because I know I won't have the means to make or get one of these nice things. 😭
Hit it with some primer first so the paint has something to stick to. A lot of plastic models are too smooth the apply paint directly, so base coating with some black paint will improve adhesion.

I have always has issues with paint adhesion, so I hate masking and try not to use to avoid paint peeling off. What would you recommend???
