GBO2 Loto: Hildolfr Junior too OP?!

- This video contains two matches I had with the recently released LV1 Loto on Gundam Battle Operation 2. It is a 500 cost support with incredible ballistic damage, Guntank style cannons, a Hildolfr style tank transformation, a very small form factor (especially in tank form), LV1 Stealth while transformed, great stagger accumulation, great instant stuns along with the combination of Stabilization Device and Precision Shelling. Its weaknesses would be having just 160 boost speed, alongside it being somewhat squishy in comparison to some other 500 supports. This suit feels really ridiculous to me, it can oppress teams with its Guntank style shelling, but just as easily go on the offensive with a Hildolfr style transformation, basically giving it the strengths of both suits with the weaknesses of neither. I hope that you enjoy watching!
Its primary weapon is an arm missile launcher with 600 power, 4 ammo, 235 RPM, 10 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap time, 350m range and 35% stagger value. This has high damage, long range and can stagger in 3 hits. It is good as a DPS tool after a stun or as a way to defend yourself with. Can be used in both forms.
Its primary melee weapon is a beam burner with 1800 power, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 0.77 seconds swap time and standard modifiers. This has low power but is usable for self defence since the suit has balancers. It can only be used in MS form.
Its first sub weapon is a machine cannon with 130 power, 60 ammo, 600 RPM, 13 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap time, 325m range, 1300 DPS and 2% stagger value. This has low stagger power but long range and very high DPS. Can be used in both forms.
Its second sub weapon is a long cannon with 900x2 power, 8 ammo, 4.5 seconds cooldown, 15 seconds reload, 1.5 seconds swap time, 550m range and 40%x2 stagger value. This has long range, good power, good stagger value and huge splash radius. It also instant staggers. It can only be used in MS form.
Its third sub weapon is an incendiary missile launcher with 200 power, 4 ammo, 235 RPM, 15 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap time, 300m range, 10% stagger value and 400x6 fire damage. This has low stagger power and damage, but it can set enemy MS on fire. It is a good follow-up to staggers to get some guaranteed damage in. It can only be used in MS form.
Its fourth sub weapon is a dual missile launcher with 200x2 power, 24 ammo, 235 RPM, 13 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap time, 300m range, 1566 DPS and 5%x2 stagger value. This has mediocre stagger power but high DPS, you can use it after staggers in tank mode to output some great DPS. It can only be used in tank form.
Its fifth sub weapon is a long cannon with 800x2 power, 4 ammo, 3.5 seconds cooldown, 12 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap time, 550m range and 20%x2 stagger value. This can fire only two shots before reloading; but it instant staggers, has short cooldown and short swap time. It can only be used in tank form.
Its sixth sub weapon is a cluster missile launcher with 150x2x4 power, 8 ammo, 2 seconds cooldown, 20 seconds reload time, 0.5 seconds swap time, 300m range and 17%x2x4 stagger value. This has low damage but can stagger accumulate enemies. Can only be used in tank form.
The LV1 Loto has 16000 HP, 28 ballistic resist, 16 beam resist and 10 melee resist. It isn't the most durable suit out there, but the small size can let you avoid taking much damage anyway. It has LV1 Stabilization Device for a defensive skill, letting it resist instant staggers while crouching. Tank form has LV1 Shock Dampeners, which gives you immunity to instant staggers.
In terms of mobility it has 120 (180) walk speed, 160 boost speed, 70 thrust and 60 (81) turning speed. It has fairly below average mobility in MS mode but not the worst, in tank form it has very high mobility and excellent thrust efficiency. It has LV1 Forced Injectors in MS form. Its transform skill consumes some thrust to enter or exit it, but it changes your weapons loadout and allows you to fire all weapons on the move.
It also has LV1 Stealth and LV1 Precision Shelling. Its stealth is only active in tank form, but it can let you cause chaos among the enemies ranks if you go on the offensive, or to slip away if threatened. Precision Shelling gives you +5% shooting damage while crouching.
Overall I feel like the Loto will probably become the next meta 500 support. Many raids have a poor match-up against it, and even those with a good matchup have a tougher time compared to fighting other supports. It can bully generals in both MS and tank form, making it dangerous basically regardless of the map or range. I can highly recommend rolling for it, especially if you like the Hildolfr or Assault Guntank. Just don't be surprised if something this powerful ends up getting nerfed some time later. Thanks for watching, and I hope that you enjoyed it!

This one plays how people wish the guntank played.
Imagine if the Loto was actually scaled accurately. It'd be even smaller like somewhere around 1/2 to 2/3rds its ingame size. It'd be a terror from the sheer amount of cover and dead fire angles
Really want to see f91 now
@@grimsyTF personally I think late UC mobile suits should be in separate costs. In lore a fodder heavygun spanks a ReZel and it wouldn't be fun fighting mini mobile suits that are more nimble than most grunts and half of the early UC Gundams
On the other hand imagine a Heavygun looking up at the monster sized Xi Gundam.
If you reduce him to that size, he would be the second tank, right next to the base.
1:20 that dodge was smooth as hell
Gameplay reminds me of transformers cybertron games with how viable transforming mid-combat is
ikr. I was thinking the same thing. It looks really fun to play
Right, all hear is "Transform!" Between kills
what does it have to do with it?transformers
@@Magma-vu5vo It's a tank that transforms into a "mobile suit".
@@Vanithothit’s also the same size as a transformer too
One step closer to
-G First DX (G-Tank was based on Loto so they could remodel it too)
-Gundam F90
WE'RE GETTING SNRI MS WITH THIS ONE!!
Can't wait for late UC MS, will be so cool.
WE GETTIN CROSSBONE MS WITH THIS ONE!!! 🗣🗣🗣🔥🔥🔥
I hope they do justice to late UC MS. Technologically speaking, they are leaps ahead of MS currently in the game except for the few Newtype suits like Unicorn, so I hope that gets reflected in the game.
@@xXswagy0l0blazeit420 They are technologically advanced, but power wise I think an argument can be made for the sake of fitting into gbo2 that even some late UC tech can be scattered to some of the lower cost ranges. Like obviously the average Crossbone Vanguard grunt isn't as strong as Hi-Nu Gundam or Unicorn despite being from a later time etc.
They'll probably eventually increase the max cost to 750 (maybe...?) but even if they stay at 700 I think it's completely doable to at least do F-90 and 91 era or at least touch on it with 700 and below cost ranges. (if we go to crossbone or Victory though then they might have to up the cost range.)
@@Kiyosuki I definitely see what you're saying about throwing some of the later UC grunt suits in lower costs. Counterpoint: most people expected the Loto to be low cost bc of its apparently weaker tech, but now we have it rampaging in 500 cost. I guess this made sense to the devs since the Loto canonically wiped the floor with several Sleeves MS. I think the devs weigh lore (like battle records) pretty heavily when considering cost placement for MS.
As for adding some later UC suits to lower costs, I think they would break the costs because they are insanely fast. For example: the Crossbone Vanguard grunt suit De'nan Zon is just as fast as Nu Gundam, boasts twice Nu's max acceleration at 4 G's, and has an near-impenetrable beam shield while being smaller than most MS in the game. I can see some later UC Feddie suits like the Heavygun being added to 600/650 though.
I love how seamless the conversion is.
Dude just sits down.
12:40 The Future is now old man!
He's so tiny, I love him.
Little dude looks like he plays just like a tiny Assault Guntank, and I couldn't want him any more than I already did.
Love the F-50D colors
the Hildofir and the gm cannon II had a baby, the hildofir left to die in the desert and the assault guntank became the baby's stepdad. and that baby was a full on autobot.
literally this thing is just a transformer.
Im absolutely tormented that they didn't have a lock-on weapon where four pilots fly out and fire rockets or plant explosives on the enemy.
Beyond being fragile, this suit seams to have just about everything you could ask for. Not only did they give Balancers to the suit that had its melee weapon bent like a paper straw, they gave it a good downswing and ridiculously over the top counter animation.
I like it, but this is the perfect kind of suit for BB to have tried some of their more novel ideas they tend to test out on suits that don't benefit from them much (Active Guard on FA MKII, Overload of Rick Dijeh, etc).
I'm more tormented it doesn't seem to capture beacons? Sad.
I love how the second match had all the tank boys.
i love this goofy guy and hope i roll it some time
It took about as much time for SNRI to carry forward the Hildofr's legacy as it took for everyone else to realize the Loto being so damn small was OP
The scary part is that this Loto was "enlarged" to about 16m. Its supposed to only be 12m.
@@Shaftronics So it is just like an armored core size huh.
if they make the loto even smaller to their actual size.
it is literally just Tank AC fighting a Mobile suit like a death battle.
But with nerf boost speed.
I’ve been saying if they go beyond Hathaway to even f90 era, they’re going to have to consider the size of late UC MS because their smaller size will be a huge advantage. They’ll probably have to size them up a little bit.
It’s sort of neat though because it shows why downsizing the MS in late UC was such an innovation.
Usually when I think support I think attempting to keep to the back lines and trying to keep your distance, but I dig getting aggressive like this too
Loto: Come here I'll bite your legs off!!!
Enemy: how cute 😂😂
Loto:Proceeds to actually bite legs off
Enemy: (now respawning) What just happened
Nice paint job! I was planning on painting mine like the one from F91 too!
He's so tiny. I love him!
Is honestly amazing how this almost joke of a suit is completely busted in this game.
The cutest death machine
joke is quite a far reach for something like this, must be the geara dogas that got ambushed by it lol
Say that to all of the geara zulus that got utterly DESTROYED because of these small fellas
That seems to happen a lot in this game, like with Methuss. 😂
To be fair too it was like a 30 year old retired museum piece that probably wasn’t even maintained for combat in F91.
Bro you’re just too good in this lil thing
Love seeing the transformation dodges, lmao. So funny. For those who haven't figured out the drift thing. It's "hold down crouch button" while transformed after you pick up speed. while turning and accelerating at the same time.
12:40 new Twisted Metal looking dope (God i miss those games so much)
The transformation at 1:20 was so freaking clean?!?!?!
The tiny tank is a menace to the 500 cost society lol.
The ability to just shrug off enemy raids coming in if you have boost is amazing.
Hildolf + assault guntank + lotto = Gundam Theft Auto
I believe in Loto supremacy.
I love those perfectly timed transformations to dodge attacks.
that is some crazy mobility
I wish tank mobile suits can move half as good as this guy
Its perfection
Damn he really is a transformer 🗣🗣🔥🔥🔥
You should have made him red like Warpath from Transformers G1
He's just a little guy 🥺
You know, considering that things like the Agg or Zaku tank exist, I do kind of wonder what stopped Bamco from making the Loto more size accurate, beyond maybe it being much too nimble for it's tiny amount of bulk. Meh, whatevs, the fact we even got this is awesome! Like everyone else, I hope this gives way for potential F90 (and onwards) MS being added. Superb showcase as always!
Its so smol I love it
We need Ms from f91 to have more small bios
How are you so good
Such a fun unit!
that dirty double trick switching between modes proves there is no justice in this world
Ok so what I’m getting from this is that in the right hands the Loto is a nasty little bastard of a mobile suit.
Just like assault guntank and hildolfr. The former more than the latter~
im a sucker for the lotto but this is overkill 😖, cant wait to get it 🙏
I cant believe they put my OC in the game, he was designed after yours truly.
The way it walks is so cute, b/c of its height it needs to try so hard walking.
This is only one cilp that Avenger not paint MS into purple but best suits in late UC instead 😎
bruh this thing is a menace
Gundam F91 paint job, nice
Honestly when you transform And move back easy way to dodge an attack in style
Only thing screaming in my head as im watching is..: (BANG BA BA BA BA BA BANG!!! BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM!!!)
World of tanks ah gameplay. I like it.
these ballistics are rated E for everyone
Wouldn't it be cool if its beam burner could also act as a blow torch that fixes an ally suit?
imagine trying to plant a bomb in the enemy’s base and seeing a Loto fixing another MS . probably 5% increase in fixing
I'd rather it'd be able to capture beacons
@@thehatred94 or that too
So o just got to try it out... that beam burner melee is a joke... you can't even sideswing lol
Literally you can only hit : .
Of course you put it in Guntank R-44 colours. :P
You painted it in F-91 colors 🥹
Question Avenger: In the preview video they show Loto here drifting to the right while transformed and firing about 0:20 into the vid. How do you do that or have you not found how?
You can do that by holding L2 I think, same with Hildolfr and Assault Guntank. I haven't practiced it too much though.
I want this suit do badly
guess that Gaza G didn't get the memo this no fly zone. 🤣
It’s so god damn fast
This is honestly what I want more from this game. Tired of the standard "Hurr durr Bazooka/Rifle stun to down swing hurr durr" meta. Give us more suits like this
Or "melee spam stunlock." Meta... unless it's a gm sniper II doing it. >..>
But honestly already been doing that with assault guntank and hildolfr so not much new here xD
@@thehatred94 Guntank didn't have the Loto's mobility, so if anyone got close it devolved back to get getting stun locked and melee'd to oblivion. Loto is just Hildolfr 2.0 and I'm all for it. It's an honest breath of fresh air
The meta isn't melee though, the meta at 500 cost is shooting. Melee generals are mostly weak except for some suits like TR-5 and Geara Doga.
@@SirStrikeFreedom heh, arguably i agree, but i've gotten out of melee situations quite often, without speaking of humiliating raids. Best done on trenches or inside tunnels.
The loto probably is the same, if you do get caught you're in for a nasty time.
Small and deadly ! When we going to get Victory gundam and gun ez ?
Wait so it can't use the zssa MA break missiles in bypedal form and the incendiary ones in tank form? That's just weird and not cool... specialy the MA breaking ones...
Ho I get the color 0:08 I get it GunTank R-44 color cool man
Can we keep it?
is it just me or did the make the loto too big its supposed to be 12 meters high but its almost the same size as most of the other suits
Holy $#!/, dude.
they made it too tall
Balancing reasons. The Loto is originally 12m, but it looks like it was grown up to about 16m. The Xeku Zwei was supposed to be larger as well.
Dude this suit looks annoying af to fight 😂
Never fought an assault guntank? It looks about the same with a different style xD
