About this game:
When Isaac’s mother starts hearing the voice of God demanding a sacrifice be made to prove her faith, Isaac escapes into the basement facing droves of deranged enemies, lost brothers and sisters, his fears, and eventually his mother.
Gameplay
The Binding of Isaac is a randomly generated action RPG shooter with heavy Rogue-like elements. Following Isaac on his journey players will find bizarre treasures that change Isaac’s form giving him super human abilities and enabling him to fight off droves of mysterious creatures, discover secrets and fight his way to safety.

It physically hurt when NL didn't take either of the Basement II Devil Room items and then regain a 2nd health coin from the item room. Yes yes.
Monara Graevling To be fair, if he took any of those items, he would have had Deals with the Devil for the rest of the run, which kinda sucks on Keeper.

best thing they could do to the Keeper would be to make Devil Deals cost money instead of hearts, and anything you spend on the room takes away from both your current number of coins, and also your max capacity of holding coins. Much more fitting for the 'keeper' name.
Mom's knife, habit. NL at least try to hide the fact you have your interns vet all of your runs before you do them.

First he doesn't do boss rush. Then he doesn't fight the hush. Then he doesn't pick up 9 lives, the item he was asking for the whole run. FINALLY, he doesn't enter the void..... This egg has not been grade A this run.
