The visitors clubhouse was underneath one of the walkways that took you to the stands along 3rd base. The Reds were playing the Braves for one game I attended. As we walked up the walkway, I saw Hank Aaron standing at the door of the visitors clubhouse smoking a cigarette. I was amazed that he was smoking! LOL ... however, in 1968, my high school team played a regional tournament game at Crosley. We occupied the visitor's clubhouse. The floor had cigarette burns EVERYWHERE!

I will never understand why they didnt level that terrace off. Seems like a logical and easy solution to the problem.
