Fully grown crops and flowers do NOT wilt... My flowers have been in most of the season with no wilting after they are fully grown... And while he is on your farm... as he is walking away... you can buy more animals and feed from Marty -- I tested it myslef.
The whole purpose of Neighborhood watches is for Karens and Kevins to have an excuse to spy on their neighbors and grab for the tiniest sliver of power.
Well technically I’m ahead of you with the seasons but am way behind with the buildings. Fun to watch as the non main storyline quests have a bit of time variation and the daily comments from each are very time variable, I still haven’t had Violet and the mayors mansion wall incident yet, and you need to go cat - fishing but be warned the change is until you sleep - spoiler maybe but frustrating as heck if you were to try it first thing in the morning…..

Wouldn't it be hilarious if Marty was really as useless as the game implies and every chick he sells you had a 50% chance of being a rooster? Annoying, but hilarious. If he's REALLY not paying attention there should be a 50% chance each calf is a steer... :D
lol In the US if you want a neighborhood watch it's more complicated. Your local HOA would have to hire a private security team from a for-profit privately equity firm. Then the HOA raises your monthly fees by $500 a month lol. It may be illegal for regular people to get together to do anything without going through a for-profit company. We need a game like real life.
That is only if you are in an HOA... (homeowners association). Many towns and unincorporated areas (townships) set up neighborhood watches, and except for possibly applying to get signs provided by the county or state letting the criminals know that there is such a group of neighbors ready to call the police if they see anything untoward happening, the watch consists of people looking outside their window when they hear a car pull into a driveway nearby to see who is there and going outside if you know someone is not home to see who what and why they pulled in. Just having people come outside and watch have stopped several home invasion attempts - people from the urban areas looking for easy pickings... in my rural neighborhood... and we are not a neighborhood watch... Can just hear when cars pull in nearby driveways and have dogs that react to sounds up 100 yards away. A year or two ago, I had a car full of young men pull into my driveway, and a late teenaged girl come out saying that she had a gift for me as a newcomer to the neighborhood... I had lived here for 20 years... she and her cronies skeddadled when one of my nieghbors stepped out and started staring at the car... we both called the police....

Fully grown flowers do not wilt lol. It's when they are still growing and you not watering them makes them wilt. Silly

watering your crops right before it rains removes you from suspicion because if you were a "malcontent" you'd have known the rain was coming.
Sell food that is where the money is at! That way, you don't waste your resources.
@1:27:09 - Oh My! Your next animal MUST be "Bubbles" now.

Who in their right minds would join an HOA? That's worse than Slum lording.
