interesting video. combining one of the joint locks with a keylock might actually work. although some of the parts of the video also show it done without a keylock. and while that might work on someone like me. it won't work even if someone is just a jiu jitsu blue belt. Musha dori might just work but at less there is something about details of this move that are not visible it will only work if you are at least little bit stronger and taller than your opponent. the people shown here are great athletes I'll give them that. especially guy in military pants. but while he could do it to someone the smaller guy in this video could do it to him only if the guy in military pants is untrained. grabbing ones own hand like that and using two hands will help yes but it is still unlikely that you will be able to do that on someone who has strong base and is generally stronger than you. of course there might be minute details of this move that i can't realize (I'm not an expert in this) this move is only partially effective. and you would probably be better of using this move only for a second and the deliver multiple elbows to the opponent with your other arm while having him in overhook like the one this move begins with and then finish the move as it is shown here but probably not before. oh and yes I'm not a cool person and proud of it. infect being uncoool is my cool. I do wish those moves would work but they will only do so if opponent is either weaker or untrained
Mr. Stevens, my girlfriend and I are working on a demo for a belt rank, I like refering to your channel for ideas. "Just for Fun" was quite a ...well, FUN video haha. Glad to see fresh stuff! It's great! The Kukishin school is one of my favs...but I think I say that about all of them depending on context haha. You have such a solid knowledge , I don't care what the haters say, they need to shut up and train if theyre so much better !
@@UnitedStatesNinpoAcademy I'd love to share...we aren't as high level as the students like Harley you have in your vids, yet ! But I do think our school is great and no politics involved so we literally just train. And we stop bitching haha! So hopefully if that comes to pass I will have it recorded, and/or we could record some of the practice sessions after we have a plan. I'm humbled you'd care to see it, we train out of a little school in Maine, under Hanshi John Polliquin, no idea if you know him but the ninjutsu world can be pretty small sometimes so I'll drop the name :)
I watch this video every other day.
Great understanding.
Peace
Thanks.
Sometimes you have to act like you dont know it,sometimes you have to act like you know it,then other times act like.....
That track is awesome. It fits the video. 'Nagare'.
Fantastic demonstration of the fundamentals! Excellent energy and intent!!
👍👍
Thank you man, means a lot.
Very nice. Techniques incorporate much of Aikido and Hapkido. Circular movement is the key.
"Aikido and Hapkido" incorporate much of this.
This is 'po' not 'do'.
Peace
I'm like 40 of the views or ....
Good/great food.

Good Bujinkan technical use.
