Thanks for thee great video ass always! Couple Notes: 1. The level of trash mobs is also influenced by how many bosses are defeated. So after I took out Rufus I did the 2nd trash fight and they were level 85 as opposed to 90 when you fought them after Behemoth. 2. The Trypapolis have way more HP than the other -polis type monsters, so taking them out last can make the fight a massive pushover.
Thanks for these notes! I'll try to remember this and re-strategize the next time I have to fight those guys! I really despise those Trypapolis fights!
Finally got around to doing this dungeon, I variated from your build with Tifa (used the new outfit + Leather Gloves OB6) which freed up the debrave slot on aerith for another sigil materia. the fights weren't easy (didn't kill the dog in before the barrier buff, and got a face full of flare from behemoth) but still managed a nice S+ ranking even though I used 3 tents. As usual, thanks for the great guides!
Red XIII is actually a perfect healer for this dungeon since the enemies all have fairly long gaps between attacks. Only issue he has is just not bringing that much utility outside of healing.
I still have to do both these VH dungeons, and then the Criterian dungeon version. Will be doing these sometime today for the gems. I'm going to try a team of Barrett, Yuffie, and Aerith. Barrett is my hardest hitting non-element character right now since I have his HH at OB10+1. Yuffie, obviously for the attack buff/extension time, and some sub DPS(I actually think she has good stats for DPS just lacking weapons), and obviously Aerith for heals and debuff. I have her Sunbrella at OB6 so I can at least get that mid pot on the first cast. Actually, thinking about it now, I may opt in to replace Aerith with Cloud. He is a decent enough healer(in my account) and I have his Hardedge at OB6 so I can get that high phys def debuff on one cast. That might actually be a better play since my team will be mostly physical DPS. Currently have about 18k crystals saved for that Crossover event!
I just beat this as it was ending. I equip cloud with the weapon that does shock slice, hoping i could stun the add ons, but it didnt work >:o. I ended up losing a member twice and i still ended up getting S+, so i got lucky.
The add waves are the real bosses, died twice to the add wave before the last boss... so I decided to kill the add waves as fast as possible therefore getting rid of giant+rufus as the first bosses was the right choice for me.
If you equipped everyone with one physical and one magical x sigil break will they automatically use the "right one" against the counters or will they sometimes use wrong one and screw you over?!
Thanks for thee great video ass always!

Great video Nite!!
This dungeon gave me some trouble, ff9 weapons proving their effectiveness here. Keep it up!
Thank you! I'm really glad to be able to help :)

Congrats on the S+ man! I decided to try out magic Tifa for this one (OB6 Powersoul in main hand). I put Bahamut on her, and she blew everything up.
That's amazing! I saw a clip of that I think on the final boss and it was super impressive!
@@Nitelight9 thanks! I wasn’t expecting the setup to function nearly as well as it did. I’m gonna continue using it going forward for sure

I think if you hit hard enough, you can probably get away with sub par healer. And congrats on having an OB10 weapon! That's so badass
@@Nitelight9 I didn't know what the buffs were either for the bosses, but seeing them I think I got a good game plan for this dungeon.
Thanks as usual u saved my day
Thank you SO MUCH! I love hearing this man. This is why I make these videos!
Thanks for the video mate, helped out a lot :D
Love to see this! You're super welcome, man!!!

I considered doing this!! This was going to be my next run if I didn't get the S+ on this one! Great thinking
Bahamut maxed out makes these dungeons so much easier.

I believe they will use the correct one. I am about 95% sure of this!
@@Nitelight9 k thank you brother
I’m gonna draw so many times during the crossover that this should be easy after.
I feel like this dungeon is a tell for the crossover, IE we are getting elementless weapons again most likely
I would be SO stoked for that! Maybe they will have some magic ones this time
just by having The iron giant in the beginning is really tough man lol
100% agree
God that stupid FF9 sword is so overpowered even at 2OB.
Yes it is very strong. I'm hoping we are getting very similar weapons with this crossover!! This is why I told ppl to save so much!
