Stereotypes surrounding people with disabilities in Technical and Vocational Education and Training sector are unfortunately prevalent. It is important to challenge these misconceptions and recognize the great potential that these people possess. Promoting inclusion and providing equal opportunities to all regardless of ability and other disparities can break barriers and create an all accommodating environment where all can experience success and utilize their unique talents. This is definitely a success story of determination, resilience and skill. Their work not only showcases their skill in a thriving business but also challenges misconceptions about people with disabilities and TVET industry at large.

The government should ensure inclusion and equal access to opportunities and enrolment to TVET institutions consider people with disabilities, and ensure they access skills in those middle level colleges. The government should consider making TVET colleges all-inclusive by equipping instructors with skills to support these students formally as opposed to apprenticeship make-ups. It should plan for clear transition for the graduates to the world of work by providing them with start-off resources, attaching them to workshops to showcase their work, and help in marketing their goods. Boniface is an example of an independent entrepreneur and mentor to people with disabilities.

Если вы хотите, чтобы он посетил Россию, скажите Путину, чтобы он прекратил бессмысленную войну! Сейчас нам, жителям Западной Европы и Северной Америки, запрещено ездить в Россию. Нам отказывают в визах и разрешениях на въезд. Я хотел снова навестить свою девушку в Санкт-Петербурге, но мне не разрешили.
