I loved that the pattern is PDF and straight forward with the video. The measurements are easy to understand from the pattern. Thank you Sister for this excellent sewing project and garment. Assalamu alaikum sister, I really want to try this dress but the sleeves are a bit too big for me. I like more simple sleeves, how do I need to do that? I'm a total beginner and which fabric is good for this kind of abaya? Is viscose also good?
Wa aleikum assalam! You can basically modify the pattern, I usually show how to modify it to my customers if they have any special requirements. Or you can try another model, such as a more basic dress, A-Line with usual sleeves. Viscose is good if it is not too heavy and thick, since you have to gather 3m of fabrics under the breast, I would always recommend for this model Crepe (Nidha, Woolpeach, Medina Silk, Abaya Silk). All of these are from 100% polyester and are around 120gr/m2

Но ин шаа Аллах сделаю и отдельно все на русском, будет также скоро совсем доступна известная горянка с видео. Насчет ускорения… я пробую вначале показать медленно, потом ускорить, чтобы видео не было слишком длинным/ тяжелым, иначе долго будет грузиться в ютубе. Но ДжазакиЛляху Хайран за совет, постараюсь сделать в следующий раз помедленнее 🥰
