I had one ferret that would dunk his food in his water bowl and let it get soft before he ate it. He would stick his whole head in there with the food in his mouth and swish it around and blow bubbles in the water. He seemed to enjoy it very much.
@@jellyferret9983 yup one of mine has a strange story. he ended up in someone’s garage in pile of old clothes, guy let him go thinking he was a wild animal. the lil dude came back to the guys doorstep the next day and that’s when the he realized it was a ferret and posted an ad on facebook and that’s how we found him
@@jaeson4524 aww. Our local rescue had one handed in right before Christmas who had gotten into a chicken coop. She's half starved but making good progress. They've named her Tinsel

Are you feeding him/her kibbles? Other animals do it too, to soften their food. If you have kibbles, turn it into soup, & feed that to your ferret.

@@MrTangolizard I REALLY REALLY REALLY recommend getting two, ferrets are incredibly social animals and basically need another ferret to play with:)
