coustomer service is pathetic , bought a digital soldering station from them , it stopped working after eight month , i send it back to them , two after two months still they are claiming parts issue , what good of you being a seller of a brand , if you take 2 months to get a basic spare part .... absolutely pathetic and disgraceful customer service , greatly disappointed. Will have to thinking 10 times before buying anything from Shakti tools .
