one of the most helpful tutorials out there in my opinion. Please do more of this and gradually guide us to more complex scenarios of how we can write a small test suit for a web app, like how it would look to login, find some elements, click on them and logout. And i BEG you, don't forget small details. Even some trivial import of a library that you edited out and is not mentioned can mess up with us that are very new to python. Thank you very much for this!

Great Video bhai..Pytest framework is so easy when compared with TestNG framework..It has that flexibility of implementing in single pytest.init file...TestNG is more confusing until and unless if we practice for 100 times. And also there is one question for parallel testing by using -n flag we can achieve it..But we do have a Selenium Grid like running in different processors or machine by using hub node concept can we implement that too in python by using Pytest framework...Eagerly waiting for part-2...Thank You!

Thank you Mukesh! This course is VERY WELL structured with clear step-by-step guide onto write PyTest test cases. BEST course that I've been watching so far. It help me a ton to learn the very basic but pretty complete view of Pytest. Just a suggestion and one question for you: 1) suggestion: when you were introducing the webdriver, you may need to add just a bit of what needs to be installed (at least Selenium Webdriver) so it can import. Took me a little experiment to figure out what need to be installed because there is also a pytest_WebDriver; 2) question: the webdriver_manager.chrome seems to be deprecated? so it is now becomes a separate package i have to install right? Thanks!

    Hi Mukesh,
Thank you for the pytest tutorials. Awesome! Thank you so much.
I tried the steps you have mentioned in at 32... I have provided the target and working directory. I dont see the triangle icon in editor to run the tests. I am not sure. I am not sure if I have missed anything

Just check the naming convention , whether you have added test_ in the beginning of the def name or not .

Thank you soo much for explaining the topics so easily,
I am learning pytest and trying to build a framework with the knowledge gained from one of you testframework
Hybrid Framework in Selenium Webdriver with Page Object Model
but however I am stuck with debugging the test scripts the execution does not stop on debug points, I tried placing the debug point at the start of the test and the when i move to the next line of the code where I read the parameters from contest file , the debug point breaks and does not reach the testcase function can any one please help me with this?
