Hey @Stanley N... Thanks for Visiting Scootopia. The Varla Eagle One Pro, reminds me of the ZERO 10+. I can't really say a whole lot about it because I have not really jumped on one and ridden it (not really motivated to) However, I must say that I have seen quite a few, and talked to a lot of people who own them. Varla seems to have passed the initial sting of being new with a lot of buyers happy with their Varla Scooters. So they have made a positive impact in the Community. The Deck is very narrow (sorta like the WW X Pro). I'm not a big fan of 60V Packs in this day and time but it looks like they may have worked on the BMS. I like that they went with 11" Tubeless Pneumatic but I'm not satisfied with them not doing the self healing tire. The Bars are narrower than the Dualtron Brand which is not good and it has NFC. On paper it seems competitive with the favorite Brand Releases we all love in its Class, like: Kaabo WW X Pro, Kaabo Mantis King GT, NanRobot D6+, Vsett 10+, Apollo Phantom, but I am very cautious to say that it is equivalent to any of these proven Models in its Class because of its Brand's newness, and lack of included current new features. We do use the eMove Cruiser, Touring, Apollo Air for our Scootology Classes (where we teach potential Riders and new Consumers basic fundamentals of Electric Scooters) The eMove Cruiser is definitely a solid and well proven eScooter. Hands down the TOP in its Class and still a heavy hitter when it comes to long Range. I'm not a big fan of small, Intermediate, Beginner, or Commuter Class Scooters (they have to really be considerable outliers in that Class to really interest me) In short the eMove is an outlier that impress me in its Class... enough to have ridden it, and use them for our Classes to teach people with but the Varla has not sparked any outlier interest, nor will i use it as an example in its Class for any Scootology Student. I want to also take this time to remind You of our Annual FREE Scooter GiveAway set to Announce this Year's Scooter on the 23rd of this Month, and will give it away on the 23rd of December right before Christmas. Check out our website to learn more here: www.WestCoastScooters.org/free-giveaway.html We are also launching a Brand New GIFT Reward Program that will allow more SUBSCRIBERS to Play and WiN Premium GIFTS every Month. Subscribers will get to Test their PEV and OhManDan Knowledge with 2mins Trivia Questions using TH-cam Shorts. All Qualified WiNNERS will have to match the unique Pre-TimeStamp Qualifier to be eligible (which verifies their SUB Equity) The PTSQ is important because OhManDan loves Rewarding his loyal Subscribers with valuable GIFTS to say Thank You for SUBSCRIBING but he had to develop a way to Verify each Subscriber and this has been a very effective tool. SUBSCRIBERS will have the added benefit of WiNNING small to medium GIFTS based on the Time They've been Subscribed (their SUB-EQUITY) like: Shocks, Tires, Brakes, Apparel, Handlebars, Lights, Mirrors, Air Pumps, GEAR etc. Or with longer SUB EQUITY they become eligible to Qualify for larger, more expensive Premium GIFTS like: EVs, eBikes, EUCs, eSk8ts, OneWheels, Trips , Date Nights, Samsung and LG Batteries, Louis Vuitton Back Packs and so much more. I checked your Account and our TH-cam Analytics show us thar You ARE NOT SUBSCRIBED to our Channel which means you are not eligible nor qualify to Participate, Play, nor Claim ANY Reward Program GIFTS... not even The FREE Scooter GiveAway. All Participants MUST be Verified Subscribers to even Qualify for eligibility. It can be one of two reasons You show not Subscribed; 1. You never Subscribed or 2. Thank you for this awesome reply. I love the details you go into on each scooter and not just say big dog approved. I'm subscribing but don't know about the private thing. Would the burn e 2 max handlebar stem hold up with heavier riders in the long run? The carbon fiber part makes me think I'd snap it. Also, what do you think of the blade x pro plus from kreomotors? I really wanted the wolf king gt but read about a few issues that would be deal breakers. Especially the throttle surging to max Power even though you're in the lowest setting. I haven't read across any issues with the burn e 2 max except that the wolf is faster. But I'm really interested in the blade x pro+. Do you think the Inokim oxo could handle a 350lb rider? Sorry for all the questions. I'm buying one for Black Friday... Hopefully.
Just kidding about subscribing. I'm already subscribed lol. That says something about the quality of your content. It's so easy to hit the button but I don't bother unless I really feel they deserve it.
Hey @@stanleyn.2476... thanks for your SUB. I'm not a big fan of the Inokim Brand. They don't move me the way I need to be moved before I BUY a Scooter. Just based on the build and my experience Riding the OXO... I would never think that it could hold 350lbs. Oh yeah... you should check your TH-cam Settings. I don't know if you know but TH-cam sets all Account to "PRIVATE" (meaning your Subscriptions are NOT seen) I checked our TH-cam Analytics and your Account shows that it is still in that Private mode. So you would have to CHANGE your PRIVACY Setting to "OFF" by hitting the Blue Toggle Switch that says; "Keep all my Subscriptions Private" That way we can see and Verify Your Subscription and you will be eligible to PLAY and WiN any GIFTS we present on our New Trivia Game launching on Dec 26th. I'm actually seriously looking at the emove cruiser, it's got great reviews and I'm 6 ft 245, should be ok, and not to expensive, I just can't afford these beasts, I love them, did u ever get ur emove?

Our group leader is 306 lbs and rides the Kaabo Wolf King GT Pro. He can get it up to 60 mph on flat roads, though not consistently (50-54 mph seems to be more consistent, tests done with two different GPS apps) and he says he gets about 49-ish miles of range riding conservatively or about 30-36 miles riding hard. Great range, lots of power, and just so stable at any speed. We whole-heartedly agree with its placement on your list of best picks for heavier riders. Thanks so much for sharing! ☺

They aren't way longer for two reasons, first reason, design, they are designed to fit a human rider. The second reason is, the internet needs more videos of peeps going over the handlebars in emergency/fast stop Well..... You did ask. An now you know.

All in all a good video, but I do have one request. You didn’t make it clear whether or not the scooters could fold down. It would’ve been great to see if they were that portable, and to also see you for the scooter down so we could see how easy or hard that particular function would be. Thanks for a great video. Very informative.
OhManDan, everyone sleeps on the Dualtron X2 because it's so huge but I can vouch for the fact that the X2 is the most solid built scooter on the market. You are spot on with the speed assessment for 200lb plus riders. It rides comfortably at 55 mph and those huge suspensions are buttery soft on rough terrain. And the Wolf King with its build like that of my Wolf Warrior 11 is also a Big Dog approved hyper-scooter. It rides stiffer than the X2 but it's very stable and controllable at high speeds. I thought the Nami would make your number 2 spot because of its hydraulic shocks. Great video. Definitely a must see for heavier riders who don't want to get stuck with a scooter that can't handle the weight.
@John Richardson... Like You, I thought the same thing with the Nami, until I ran into both Heavy Rider Types (with both those Scooters) what I've found riding around the country with those Heavy Riders is that there's less sag and dump with the King GT (King & Warrior) than the Nami. Even at its stiffest setting the Nami would sag under the weight (275 - 340lbs). So those real time examples alone, moved the King ahead of the Nami for the #2 Spot. Yes, the Wolf Brand (King, King GT and Warrior) are great Big Dawg Scooters.

Yes @@bigcity420 I had the upgraded version but they gave me the wrong Scooter and so I have to wait two months for the right one to arrive from China. The Storm LTD (RVSD Edition) is quite impressive. To get that blistering 60+mph you have to hit that double tap on the throttle. Like every Storm it is packed with a lotta power, torque and speed. So, I don't recommend anyone without great experience buying or Riding the Storm LTD. It is quite twirky, squirrely,, or un-controllable for beginners. I do recommend changing the OEM Tires for PMT Slicks or Road tires for optimum traction. Everything else is amazing, I love my Storm LTD.
Thanks OhManDan... Theres only a few (very few) scooter enthusiast that know what their doing and what they're talking about. Your extremely helpful. Again thank you. John from N.Y.C.

Hey @josh2719... thanks for visiting Scootopia. Yes... for Big Dawg Riders, the Dualtron X Limited tops the list with the highest handlebar height and build for heavy Riders. It is in fact my favorite Scooter and holds the record as King of Scooters around the world. The Kaabo Wolf King GT is another great Scooter for heavy Riders though it's bar height is not greater, nor it's build quality, than the DTX LTD, it is a great consideration. The NAMI has great bar height but it is not as stable, nor comes close to the build quality of the DTX LTD. If I were you (and I was at one point before buying my DTX LTD) I would FIX my SIGHT upon the Dualtron X Limited (DTX LTD) as your Scooter of choice, you will not find any other brand out there that will satisfy most all your needs, concerns, and interest. I like the Speedway 5 aa well. I agree with you Buddy, there's tons of work still needed in our industry by Manufacturers and we The Consumer are the ones who Power that R&D machine.. Hopefully we'll get some traction and get Manufacturers to build eScooters more practical.
Stay SAFE my Friend and remember to always GearUP whenever, wherever You Ride.
They aren't way longer for two reasons, first reason, design, they are designed to fit a human rider.
The second reason is, the internet needs more videos of peeps going over the handlebars in emergency/fast stop
Well.....
You did ask.
An now you know.
Wow ✨️ As a Digial Nomad & part-time VanLifer on the 'thick-side', i need one of these for sure! Thanks for sharing😊

@@SCOOTOPIAbyOhManDan hey bro ... Do you prefer a 13inch scooter or 11 inch scooter? I'm stuck between the two .. lol

I truly prefer 13" over 11" it's night and day, all day, every day. The comfort, Stability and safety is head and shoulders above any smaller wheels.
Storm Limited! I only weigh 165 so I get range for days. Still testing but longest loop so far over 80miles real world riding.
That's watzup @Best OPA Ever. The Storm LTD gets crazy Range and you have the ideal weight to maximize every level of Range afforded.
Is yours the upgraded version ofthe storm limited.
@@bigcity420 yes - Upgraded at MiniMotors and has the wider motors
What settings do you have to get that range?

AMAZING VIDEO! I am 6 foot 5.235 pounds. I am really interested the tallest handlebar from deck.....any advice?

It really depends on how much charge you start with, how long your trip and if you're riding at night a lot.
My charge typically last me three to four days of moderate use. If I'm doing s long ride that entail night riding then just for that day.
