I might just be biased but Cole palmer deserves the golden boot over haaland. Despite haaland having more goals then palmer, palmer plays in more of a central attacking fork most of them time preventing him from scoring more but also palmer goes above and beyond and assists chelsea like he's the captain haaland is on a team you would make on fifa in the late and gets spoon fed the ball like he's automatic
