I was doing Hoponopono past few days! Haven't been able to sleep at night but when I do , have very lucid dreams. I think of all of the chaos and craziness in the world like a movie or illusion and I focus on knowing no matter what we get through it 🎉❤🎉 Amongst all of the craziness there's also still so much beauty and goodness all around us. Thank you for all that you do! Keep shinning bright 🌞 This is a time to get out of our heads and more into our heart center. It is OK not to be OK we are being guided and protected ❤❤❤
After several days of feeling good, today I felt overwhelmed and sad about humanity. From people doing horrible things to animals and children, conspiracy theories, and horrible politics, I just felt sad. I could relate to your late night with no peace. Tomorrow, no internet for me! Only simple things that bring me a bit of peace and pleasure. 😊

I could not sleep last night until probably 4 am. So much energy vibrating through me. The last few days before I have been waking up just after 2 am thinking it’s morning and feeling like I got lots of sleep. I’m not sure what is going on with that. Full moon I guess.
I've been stuck in my home for 3 1/2 years because I fell. I have awakened early this year. I have no one like-minded. When you say I am a lot more powerful I can't find it

I feel good about the candidate I voted for by mail, and what came through for me was, " the democracy may not be doing as much for us as we would like, but a dictatorship would definitely be doing it TO us." Know history. I see that missing in some channellor's messages. Lack of awareness of what's going on. We either want to continue a democracy, or go down a darkened road we have never had to imagine. No, we don't have a perfect democracy. It is a work in progress. But to continue our work in progress, we do not need someone puppeteered by a billionaire, because he can't keep himself out of trouble and debt. Watch " the apprentice. " As far as politics, we need truth, not to live in a fantasy world. It's not " them," it's the actual state of the world, now. It's just part of this reality..I am older, and these times seemed a lot like everything we fought for in the 60's, recycling, like, yup, they just used technology to camouflage the sexism and greed and domination women got the vote to begin dealing with just 104 years ago. It took so many unaware, uninformed by surprised that weren't there when we fought for the rights they have now. We need balance between our male and female aspects of selves and each other. All will benefit, to be able to be their best and real selves. In a dictatorship, men lose their rights, too. If religion can't coerce them, a dictatorship can use them for war just the same. I voted blue as the trajectory feels more towards love, healing and equality, balance than the other one, who's ego promises the moon, but many psychologists have documentaries on his narcissism.
