Amazing! One of my wife's wipers went out and I thought, "That's odd." She said she wanted to take it to the shop and I said, "'Wait, I'm on it!" This was the first video I stumbled on and it was just a loose nut. Thank you so much!

You are a fantastic instructor. your video is all inclusive in resolving my issue with one wiper arm working and the passenger side is not working. Your explanation of the issues and the resolve are perfect for non-mechanic do-it-yourselfers.

I just have to say thank you! After 6 months of riding with 1 wiper it was literally the tightening of the wiper bolt🙃 I was avoiding the mechanic for this long!

1A Autos videos have helped me so much over the last several years! In this case it was just a lose nut on the wiper arm. Saved us a trip to the mechanic 1500 miles from home. Thank you so much for all the content, and I try to get as many parts from 1A auto if ordering online. 🙏👍

In some cases a repair kit can be purchased, usually aftermarket, which contains new push rods with new plastic ball sockets, you then clean up the metal ball part and fit the new rods with some grease for lubrication applied to the ball sockets.

Excellent, thank you. This was perfect. Super clear communication in this video! My passenger wiper wouldn't move, and because of your video, I found that only the nut on the wiper arm was loose. Two minute fix with 14mm socket. Yeah! 👍 👍 👍

Gday , I'm a cowgirl from Australia 🇦🇺, I literally just followed your instructions I used cable ties and heavy duty duct tape and did a band aid repair, I have left most of the screws off the cowl and am about to go online and order the part , I very much doubt I'm going to put it in myself it looks a bit complicated , so greatful you gave me a temporary fix whilst I wait to get it done xxxx. I appreciate the addition of the "short term fix" to hold you off until the new part comes in. Obviously the replacement is necessary, but if you need to drive the car anyway then you don't want to sacrifice visibility and safety while you wait for the part. Thank you!!!!

Thank you so much for your video. You are a great instructor. I am by no means any kind of mechanic yet I was able to go out today and fix the issue with one of my wipers not working. I was super stressed it was going to cost me hundreds of dollars and all i wound up having to do was tighten the bolt. Now it is back to normal. Even if it had been something that I had to replace I would have left you this comment anyways. I loved the video it was very well done.

Now after a few days of one blade, now both blades have stopped working. I still hear and feel the motor so could it that both blades popped off the way you described it in your video? Thanks

After steugling with finding place for the zip ties... Ive drilled hole trough the ball it wasnt really hard material reminded me brass.. then ive put long screw through with big washers on each side, two nuts in contra little loose so it can move freely, now its like new and i would bet it will outlast the car this way.

I checked the fuses three times recently and they are good. I just installed a brand new Switch and wipers moved about one inch when I tried it out. When I looked under the cowel the Motor (new about a year and half ago) and linkage worked fine for about two minutes (with wiper arms removed). So why won't my windshield wipers turn on?

Started diagnosis with the least obvious cause, when the most common cause is a stripped splined blade hole. Now that was the regulator arm sometimes those are replaceable no need to change the whole assembly, although it’s a wise move because other parts on it might as well be about to give up too.

Mine both work, but they clean everywhere on the window, EXCEPT right straight ahead of the driver side, it always loves to leave some smudge line area blocking a clear driver view over the steering wheel, but at least if I did ever have a passenger, they'd get a nice clear view as we drive right into something.
