I think they're just like any other predator.
You fight back they either adjust or leave their potential prey alone.
I haven't seen them back off before when an animal fights back other than a hippo.
Team work between the Warthog and Bird. They have symbiotic relationship. The Bird is protecting it's protector and it's food source (Bugs on Warthog).
Pretty sure it’s the other way around, crocs rely on birds to clean their teeth.
That Pig was stuck in the mud and it still got away, lucky!!
