It doesn’t matter if he has something to prove to you, you keep pushing and pushing his bottons it’s making him mess up more bc of how nervous you’re making him. You need to learn not to pick on your employees like that. You’re being so negative towards him it’s disgusting Alfredo like come on dude if you learned by being picked on and you cried because people were rude to you don’t you think you should learn a better technique of doing your job???? You keep up that same energy towards your employees You will cause them great anxiety. I’ve seen that angel kid mess up too and not once did you pick on him. @@yass_mija yeah it’s just not cool to pick on ppl like that, it’s bullying and I don’t accept that behavior only because I was a victim of being bullied at my old job for two years until I finally left. I know they can be friends but he is being too much to Jorge. Alfredo is cool and all as a friend but as a boss he can manage to be more professional when correcting his employees about messing up.

Jorge has been acting out in a couple episodes, I’m surprised he’s still on the team. I know him and Alfredo are friends outside of work but he needs to not blur the lines. He needs to be more considerate of the clients time like the quince mentioned. Alfredo needs to also pull him aside to correct him or be more discrete because it kills the vibe for everyone around. The back and forth is very unprofessional. Angel deserves a chance. He seems like he does what he’s told and takes criticism well. #mainangel
