What If Polls Required Less Votes To Pass? (OSRS)

The polling system in Old School RuneScape, OSRS, has always been a bit of a controversial subject. Wether poll results should be hidden or not, if 75% is really a good number for something to pass and so on. So to show you just how different the game would be we're going to take a look at past polls with the idea that they only need a 2/3 vote to pass. So if the poll gets above a 66% yes vote it would be in the game.
