i just started stunning this group and sadly, they dont have jaewon anymore.. how i wish i could get to listen more of their songs that are nostalgic like ISLAND. Bias check: Heesoo and i just hope, heesoo would being back his black hair. it suits him tho. i also love hayuchan's smile. it's so charming. and hanbin, gawd! Visual. ❤
정말 잘됐으면 좋겠고 한 명 한 명을 좋아하는 팀인데 요즘 이 팀 기획자들이 무슨 의도인지 잘 모르겠음. 데뷔한지 얼마 되지는 않았지만 그동안 더윈드가 낸 음악을 보면 쫌 락적인 요소도 있고 2000~2010년대 느낌의 레트로한 청량감도 있고 꿈과 희망을 벅차게 노래하니까 이래저래 마음을 울리는 지점이 많았음. 그리고 멤버들이 그 느낌을 음악적으로 잘 소화해 내는 듯해서 악곡이 진짜 너무너무 풍부했음. 정말 더윈드는 음반 들어보면 진짜 곡이 뭐하나 버릴 게 없음... 난 7살짜리 우리 조카한테도 더윈드 노래는 많이 들려줌. 그런데 이번 음반은 약간 방향성을 잃은 건지 방향성을 재정비하는 건지... 잘 모르겠는 느낌이고 '설레는 마음으로' 외에는 더윈드스럽다 할 만한 느낌이 없는 거 같음. 더윈드는 시기적으로는 청량돌 컨셉을 빨리 갖고 나왔는데 전체적으로 요즘 뜨고 있는 옆동네 투어스처럼 대중성이 있진 않았음. 아무래도 사람들에겐 꿈이나 여름방학을 맞은 소년들 보다는 학교 들어가기 전에 떨리는 마음을 이야기하는 가사가 좀 더 와닿을 테니까... 그래도 난 더윈드의 라이브 실력과 음악성이면 터질 거라 생각했고 실제로 '다시 만나'가 나중에 바이럴도 되고 했는데... 그렇게 대기만성형 아이돌의 길을 걷는가 했으나 이번 하이틴은 쫌 많이 어정쩡함. 여느 아이돌들처럼 믹스팝을 하고 싶은 건지, 고음을 접고 적당한 음역대의 곡만 하고 싶은 건지... 더윈드만의 차별성이 잘 드러나지 않아 아쉬움. 아무래도 이 팀이 음악성과 가창을 주력으로 하던 느낌이 있다 보니, 동방신기 소녀시대 이 시절에 나왔던 라이브하는 아이돌 느낌이 강했는데... 그 느낌을 가장 잘 소화하던 멤버가 없는 지금 재편한 멤버들로 뭘 어떻게 하고 싶은 건지 쫌 더 고민이 필요하지 않나 ㅠㅠ 싶음... 장문댓글 잘 안남기는데 더윈드의 음악성이 너무 아까워서 그만...
