I have quite severe insomnia and nighttime hallucinations but cannot take meds for certain medical reasons; putting a 3 hour blackscreen video of old XFM broadcasts of these 3 from TH-cam on my iPad REALLY help to alleviate my symptoms to the point I can actually get a couple hours sleep… I’ve watched them all several times but still have me chuckling to myself sometimes at 3am 🤣 glad you’re enjoying these animated episodes JJ and wish you all the best for 2024 🙏🙌

I have it on all night too, though I have to use the channel that does 'XFM with level audio' because Ricky's laugh is so obnoxiously loud haha :)
