I also used to play on 60hz for majority of the time i played valorant, played really good on it. recently switched to a 144hz monitor, and its smooth af. Tbh 60hz is more than enough for players to reach ascendent or even immortal if you have the skill
it's my first sens change and i can not forget the way it bring me so good at aiming. although now i only got 60hz and 240edpi with peak immortal 2, i still remember that sht sens is so good

It's up to you, bro. In my Recon Phantom ASMR video, I showed my monitor and explained that FPS doesn't matter when it comes to the refresh rate. What matters are the CPU and GPU. The monitor's refresh rate (Hz) and FPS are separate things.

actually setup still matters alot, using a good mouse, gpu and cpu, keyboard and net is essential for good aim and game sense
also playing with motion blur just shows that u need high end graphics card and cpu and all to be good

Try disabling the hard disk and run Valorant on the NVMe. Then check if the issue is resolved. I had a similar problem before because of my hard disk.
