Thanks for the review. I saw a guy with this sling in the grocery store a few months ago. I was immediately interested and found it at a national outdoor retailer. While I waited for a member discount coupon to arrive I searched around for reviews and yours was very helpful. I have since been using the sling for about 2 weeks and am very happy with it. Your review was spot on and helped me make an informed purchase. Keep it up!
I wear mine in the front 95% of the time. I can fit a 40 oz hydroflask and a 24 oz Gatorade bottle in the main pocket. I've worn it in stores that won't allow backpacks. Great sling.
I'm a total Osprey fanboy after having switched to their packs when backpacking, plan on getting this sling for everyday use when I'm not in the back country!
Great review, i walk a lot in my town, especially to cafes, and wanted a bag i could carry my tablet, phone, sunscreen, headphones and dog treats. Didn't want a full backpack which would have been an overkill. Today saw a guy in coffee line and voila, this bag checks all the boxes i want except for the high shipping costs at Osprey. I hate slings that hug the chest (women so adjustable strap will be good)
Thanks for the great review. Looking for a sling for a local festival so I can go hands-free & Osprey's my typical first-thought. This review helped me decide that the Daylite is the one I need. 👍👍
Kristyne is so cool. That's it, that's all the input I have. I've been trying to decide whether I want this bag or not so I've watched this video several times. Still undecided. 🤪🤣
You can’t compare a backpack and a sling. Very different missions. The Sling is designed to be light and small. You throw it over a shoulder then go out for the day with your wallet, passport, protein bar, and of course your phone.
Couple questions for you guys! First, is there a roughly phone sized slot in the main compartment? This bag is ranking pretty high for me and my use case. The outside pocket would be almost exclusively for a pair of work gloves, maybe a rolled up lightweight jacket if it can fit, so the main compartment would be where I'd dump my phone and other pocket-things. It looks like I might need an organizer of some kind to secure my phone, multitool, and flashlight. Second, how elastic is that tablet pocket? Do you think a molle covered plastic insert could fit in there to perhaps use like I mentioned previously, or will it not open enough for that?
Went to the doctor a couple weeks ago, came in handy for carrying a book, a water bottle, bag of cough drops, power bank & charging cable, hand sanitizer, and a couple snacks and pocket tissue pack. Setup works good for the DMV, jury duty, anywhere that usually involves a waiting room.
Less obstructive, lighter, easily swings to the front for quick access, more compact profile, can be worn in front a little easier than a full sized backpack……

I plan to wear mine in front too. Thanks for mentioning the volume of your water bottle. I wondered if my 24oz bottle would fit. Now I know.

Thank you. The water bottle and kindle (iPad mini) are my use cases. This was very helpful.
Thank you for the Video. The strap is said to have a hard seam and damage clothing. Has that been changed?

What colour is that, love that colour
Very helpful review, thank you!
Dangling straps are the biggest pet peeve and deal breaker for me every time when it comes to waste packs and slings.

How many ounces is the Hydroflask that you put in there? Thanks!
Its a shame she didnt review the bag from wearing on her front if that makes sense
what size/ounce water bottle is that in your video?
Thank you. This was very helpful!
Thanks for watching! 😃

Nice looking bag. What is the capacity please?
6ltr
05:00
.0001 seconds on Google. Puh-leeze.
She said 6 liters in the video.
I have one but have yet to use it yet 😅
And you’re still watching reviews about it
@@salsalvio821 Yup!
do you know if a 11 inches ipad pro would fit? thaknk you for the review

What do you mean by full size ipad? Like the base ipad? The ipad air? The bigger pro?
I'm sure she meant the base ipad. Doesn't look like the mini would fit either.
I managed to squeeze an 11 inch iPad pro in it
My 11 inches won’t fit…
The Patagonia sling is much better, it’s tad bigger, and has straps to hold a jacket rolled up on external side.
What size water bottle will it hold?
A 32oz Nalgene, but not much else.
What is the multi-colored bag behind you on the wall, with blue, yellow, orange and green colours?
Probably Cotopaxi
Topo designs light pack
Could you review the CAMELBAK Arete 8 Litre Sling?
Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll pass it along.

Why is a sling better than a normal backpack?
Less obstructive, lighter, easily swings to the front for quick access, more compact profile, can be worn in front a little easier than a full sized backpack……
Because you don’t need to take it off to use it. Just flip it around and open it. Plus you have to take off a backpack when you sit down.
How easy is it for a pickpocket in Rome?
The logo screams for attention, I would like it more lowkey.
Lacking essentials. Must have a carry handle and an exterior keychain hook. Perhaps even a net for 32 oz. of water.
I can't hear "Pack Hacker" and NOT think "Todd Packer".
