Who said rap doesn't belong in loopstation? People have been rapping on loopstations for ages. It's only very recently that loopers went more the EDM and dubstep route. Rap definitely is involved with looping.
You are absolutely right about the Playback thing. Sorry actually did this. At 6:07 the guy on the left (SO-SO) tapped different buttons. Every button had a different pitch of the same sound, but if you look closely, you can see that the last two notes are activated by the same button, even though they have a different pitch. So the music doesn't line up with their performance. They used Playback, but they were still accepted in because they did this routine once live on stage without Playback, so they knew that they could perform this track, I think

There will be judges the will pick the top 4 (other categories pick more people but tag loop only picked 4) those 4 will compete against eachother at GBB 2020 (which I believe is in December).

I think scam talk were trying to expose bery for lip syncing because their round was so perfect. Honestly I think they just practice that much.
SORRY was lip syncing. They are able to perform it live but it was too hard for them to do a good performance while looping.
