@@alondracerros1602 first you take the number you want to get on the other side of the inequality, and do the opposite of the operation. For example, we have a problem x+4=8. We'd want to get 4 on the other side, so we do the opposite of addition which is subtraction. So we would subtract 4 from 8, leaving us with 4. Add that into the equation and we get our answer, x=4. A way you can check you answer is to plug it back into the problem (which would give us 4+4=8), if it's true then you got it correct.
