- Well it's Fast Food Friday Food Review time again, and today l head down to Hungry Jacks to try their New Grill Masters Angus Beef Burger, let's see if it looks like the one in the add and give it the old TASTE TEST!
I worked for Burger King for 26 years here in the States and just up and quit one day, and they do have good food if it is cooked fresh, and good video, we appreciate you :)
I liked it that you got out of the car and found a spot to eat. Thumbs up

Hello! I actually work at hungry jacks in Sydney! I was very disapointed to see the way they handed that burger out to you. Correct way is to place the box in bags that are made for this range. Also when people don't have a meal serviettes are meant to be placed in the side. I'm very happy that you enjoyed the burger though!!

I'm not one for junk food, but I DID go buy a Classic Grill Master burger after this review. The box represents a grill/barbecue. The beef was really thick, toppings were really generous. It tasted really delicious, and so mouth watering. I couldn't finish it, so handed it over to my partner. But, guess what Greg... They didn't give me a damn napkin! Any type of napkin 😠 and yea, I needed it! Lol. Relish hands, and it went over my white t shirt.. But it was really tasty 👍 thanks for the reviews. Xx

I do hate when fast food joints don't give any napkins, that should be complimentary.

Greg M. Yeah it’s crazy I was told you have to ask for everything at the window now or you don’t get it. (Napkins, sauce etc.) The worker told me it was a “money saving” thing. BaaaaHahahahahaha! I call it cheap skates. 😄 Now I want that burger and I’ve been a vegetarian all summer!

Since I believe that's a version of our BK I have to say they do a helluva better job over there compared to the states! The lettuce was chopped, but it looked good & the patty looked edible also.Price wise yes pricey and no napkins? UGH! You'll have to put some in the glove box next time just in case. Onion Petals I guessed because they were on the Angriest Whopper. lol Have you thought of reviewing any local spots? I'd love to see them. Great review Greg & good rating too! Grego....you are a "fair dinkum" Aussie - just like me. There aren't many of us left anymore. I love your "Friday Fast Food" food reviews !! Oh yeah....looooove 'em. And I'm in Adelaide....so good on Adelaide for stuffing up a international food chain. The burger looked kind of okay until you pulled it apart - then it looked like garbage. Oh....and thanks for getting out your microscope to spot that bit of bacon !! Onya Grego....I'm almost a subscriber.

When I ask for a napkin, they had it in the bag already. When I assume.... disappointed. I'm with ya. Hungry Jack's is low end here in states these days, but liked what you purchased, we don't have that here. cheers!

PS: Hungry Jack's are very good. My gripe with them is that they tend serve what should be hot food, cold.

The only chain I go to is Subway. Their Korean pulled pork tastes just like their BBQ pulled pork. So that's a bit disappointing.

Nah Greggo - bloody first Burger King was actually a little outlet on the Gold Coast all the way back in 1956. They taught us that shit in primary school up there in Brisbane back in the 1980's

Hey were they trying to make their packaging look like a little bbq?...the shape and the little cardboard grill inside? Shame they didn't put as much thought into the experience of eating as they did aesthetics of the box and give you a serviette.
