Awesome! Thank you! This was one I put a lot of thought into. I wanted something that looked a little like a celtic knot. Glad to have you here on the channel.
Beautiful quilt. I just finished one with 2 inch squares that it put together in leader and ender style. Still have not quilted it. Like your previous person who commented, I would love a demo of strip method. Thanks for the show and tell.
Thanks for the input. I have just published a video that discusses the strip method and uses some of my sketches. I will be posting those sketches in more detail over the next few days. While it's not a tutorial, it does go into further detail. I will plan to do an Irish Chain tutorial in the future. Our next project is a machine strip piecing project that has some similarities. Be sure to subscribe and check back for more on strip piecing and Irish Chains! Welcome to our community.
I just completed a Scrappy Triple Irish Chain quilt and I love it. However the pattern I used used 2 1/2" squares and I was wondering how to create one similar to what you have in this video. Would you consider doing a tutorial showing how to do both the block A and block B using the strip piecing method? I absolutely love your quilt and the fact that you hand quilted it is amazing❣️
Thank you for your kind comments. This quilt took longer than any other quilt I’ve made! What a great idea about the strip piecing. I have another new projected queued up that will be machine piecing so I won’t be able to take on a full quilt but I will see if I can find my original sketches to talk through the process.
What a stunning quilt.
Thank you! It was a huge challenge to me both in its size and the amount of hand quilting. Glad to have you here.
I love that quilt! The design in the white square was a great choice! You inspired me!

That's beautifully quilted.❤
Thank you so very much.

I appreciate your instructions on the quilting
Of this Irish chain pattern!!
You are so welcome! This one was a challenge to me and took way longer than I expected. Glad to have you watching the channel.
