Kinship Diagram 💡 | Opexity

The Kinship Diagram 💡 is a simplified version of the "KJ method", which name comes from the name and surname of its creator, that is Jiro Kawakita.
Over the decades, this method has spread among Japanese companies. 🎌 The popularization of this method is reflected in the placement of its simplified version, the kinship diagram, within the so-called 7 new TQM tools.
We use the diagram most often to organize brainstorming and to categorize chaotic data.
However, keep in mind that the diagram does not indicate a specific solution, but only potential causes and areas of action that need to be focused on to solve the problem. ☝️ On the other hand, the results obtained should become the basis for working with other tools.
