Cast Iron hunting in the wild. There is a little old General Store in Sanford Virginia that has been converted into an antique and collectables store. I did a drive by stop in to the store and discovered a lot of cast iron skillets and a carbon steel frying pan dating back to before 1928 that was for sale.
If you're driving down the eastern shore of Virginia or DELMARVA peninsula you won't go wrong stopping in and saying hello to this fantastic couple that runs the store. The charm and kindness is shown every time I've been in. The store is located on Saxis Road on the way out to Saxis Island.
