What stood out to me is that you have experienced in both a failed boutique and a successful one. I'm currently in the failed category and just had to close up my storefront. And taking time to recover from that. But I'm not ready to completely give up. So it's inspiring to see you gave it another try and were able to succeed.
If you know that it’s on your heart please don’t give up. Sometimes we have to start new. It’s a time to regroup, re-evaluate, and re-invent. I can definitely tell you that its worth the come back.

How can i grow my email marketing list, if i am not getting a ton of traffic to the store? Is there another way to capture emails for potential customers?
This seems like it may he a marketing issue. Be sure that you are sending the right message to your target consumer. Also you need to show up in your business everyday. They need to know you are there.
Look at your marketing strategy and see where their maybe room for improvement.

How do you get sell? I been having people sign up for the mailing list but not purchasing anything. What can I do to change that?
It’s really hard to tell without doing an audit, but you may need to focus on the customers experience. Are things easy to find, the aesthetics of the site, and many other factors could be the reason.

Hello, I just leased a space for my boutique and how did you go about getting funding as a new start up business?
I saved up funds from when profits from online and I also was able to get a business credit card. Most of the work my husband and I did on our own
Hey 👋🏽, How much inventory did you start with?
This time I started with a total of 3k of in inventory. That was enough to float me through the summer. So each week I was able to drop mew arrivals.
I wouldn’t suggest this just starting out, but I did my research and had a game plan that absolutely worked. I made my initial investment back in that first week.
