Just wanted to thank you for all the content you've posted. I've watched so many of your videos from like 2017 on stuff. I just got the Infinity Genesis and I am a 31 year tile installer granite person. I have to say I'm pretty much feeling like a champ after using this thing for this first week of ownership. You really have to get to know this Genesis and it'll do some insane stuff. Wish I could afford the Genesis Max, but good god my life is now changed from this chair. I had ankle surgery 3.5 months ago and it pretty much threw my body out of whack, I'm coming back and this chair is heaven. Just wanted to say thank you for all your hard work to let us all know so much about these chairs. Really.
I own this chair and love it. The stretch programs are great. You just have to push your feet against the rollers when it measures your legs before the stretch. Then it will grab the legs high and you get an awesome stretch. I love the 4/D programs, I love the stretch and I love the meditation programs. It’s a part of my wellness routines, very effective for stress relief and pain relief.
I haven't done a video review of the Kumo, but I wrote a comprehensive review of the model in June. You can read it here...www.massage-chair-relief.com/blog/review-of-jpmedics-kumo-massage-chair. I hope that helps. Feel free to reach out anytime with questions. dr. w.
The Maestro LE has a stronger neck massage but does not fit a wider, taller body as well as the Super Novo. The Super Novo has more versatility than the Maestro LE. Customer support is better with Human Touch products. Both chairs would be great options. Make sure you get the Maestro LE and not the regular Maestro. We have so many problems with the original Maestro, which have been corrected in the LE. FYI. dr. w.
@@massagechairrelief thanks for your response. so I am about 250 and 5'9 The human touch would be better vs the Maestro LE? How does the super novo have more versatility?
@@hao-lanchai7288 You might feel a bit confined in the Maestro LE. You'll fit just fine in the Super Novo. Examples of the versatility of the Super Novo include things like larger auto program variants to choose from, a stretch program that allows you to have the legs be pulled out or down as part of the stretch, the ability to change the intensity of the heat, in the manual settings you have the option to select 6", 9", or 12" massage zones, meditation programs that have different nature sounds to pick from that accompany your massage programs, and a few things more. dr. w.
@@massagechairrelief thank you for the responses. I am going to go to Costco to try the maestro. The super novo was very comfortable, will see how these two compare for my size.
The XT2 is a smaller chair (narrower), but the massage is largely the same. They are discontinuing the XT2 so parts availability may be a problem in a year or so. The Alexa feature and a few new auto programs also differentiate the Super Novo from the XT2. But, the price difference is a hard thing to overcome for some folks. I hope that helps a bit. dr. w.
Hi, Thomas. It was a very interesting chair when it was presented at CES in January 2019 and it garnered plenty of interest. I can only tell you what I've heard since then. I have been told that the chair had a lot of problems in Japan before it came to the USA. I don't know if those problems have been fully rectified, but I would wait for some reviews to come out before committing just yet to this model. Dr. W.

Hello Dr. I have a question. Isnt this a chair from China? I found this exact chair on Alibaba for about 1400$. Is it possible that they got these chairs from alibaba, branded them with their brand and resell them now?
Yes, the Human Touch chairs come from China. The chair you saw may have had the same body, but Human Touch has it's own proprietary technology that they, like most companies, guard quite closely. What you saw is most likely a knock off of the original. Same exterior, but most likely a very different build inside. dr. w.
This model comes in one piece and will not fit through narrower doorways. However, the side arm rests can be removed fairly easily to allow for passage of the chair body through a narrow entry way. dr. w.
With some effort, this chair can fit through a doorway as narrow as 29". Just don't expect the so-called white-glove delivery drivers to have a clue how to make that happen. I have the instructions for taking it apart to get it through a narrow doorway, and while it doesn't look too difficult, it does look like an hour project to get it through a narrow door and put it back together.
Agreed. It is fashioned after the older pre-touch screen remote designs....small, too much scrolling, and back lighting isn't good. I'm hoping the new Super Novo X has a better design, which we will know for sure in about 2 weeks, when it is released. dr. w.
