I was so surprised to learn he was not fluent in Korean. I'm korean American but barely speak it; his pronunciation was so good, I searched to see if he was Korean or not. What a talented, genius, visual, impressive stan attractor. He would certainly endear himself to many Korean fans. This is my introduction to any &team content except seeing their pictures before &howling. I distinctly remember being struck by makis visuals and cuteness. Some kpop/kpop adjacent/related artists shock me with their gifts and talents and maki is true star.
and now, he's sing Indonesian songs "aku sayang, kamu juga sayang. tapi sayang kita berjauhan". he is literally a genius. Not only does he sing, but he also knows the meaning of the song's lyrics, even though it's from a different country and language. he is truly amazing and genius boy that i know!!

I love the fact he choose to sing in both english and korean but I also think singing a little bit in japanese and in german would have been so cool. @@nicoleloss7987in my humble opinion that might not be of any value to many, but you can't train to someone into developing talent, their lot idols in kpop who not only have long trianing periods but also been idols for long time yet still cant sing live, I wouldn't mention any names but Maki obviously a raw talent that been nutriented in good way by his parents, the way he said his parents taughted him English an German in same time and he picked up those languages fast and sound fluent in both them, his parents obviously loved him so much, and his lively personality tell me he grow up with lot love, so he wasn't forced into developing those talents.

우리 멍무이.. 우리 막내 마키가 진짜 너무 기특해요.....🥹 혼자서 한국말로만 진행되는 프로그램에 나오는 거 처음일텐데 너무너무 매끄럽게 잘했고 노래는 뭐 말할 것도 없이 최고야 우리 마키 음색 장인🫢🫢🫢 첫 번째 스리라차는 원곡을 안 들어보긴 했는데 건반만 가지고 하는데도 느낌이 잘 살아서 일단 건반 선생님한테 한번 감사드리고(👍) 곡이 보컬하고 랩 섞여서 엄청 빡빡한 구성인데 여유롭게 다 소화하는 거 보고 호흡조절 진짜 잘하는구나 했음 마키 대단해🫠 그리고 특히 마지막 OMG 듀엣은 진짜 최고... 편곡하면서 뭔가 원곡의 톡톡 새침한 느낌이 줄고 부드러워진 느낌이라 좋았고 이무진님 목소리를 원래 좋아했는데 내가 좋아하는 음색의 두 사람이 좋은 곡을 더 좋게 편곡해서 부른다? 와우 이런 거 너무 좋아🫶
