The deck with all due respect looks super non optimized. kudos to him for making it work but 42 cards with necro gardna and whatever that side is supposed to be? it just looks like the deck got carried by the core of the deck which is strong. I think there is a deck profile on here where he admits neither morphing jar nor the offerings to the doomed were any good making the card choices pretty questionable.
Hey everyone! Andy here. I piloted the Rhynos deck in this video. To answer some questions: 1) Yes, the deck is SUPER non-optimized, especially the side deck. I was pressed for time and threw together the side/extra at the last minute since we do deck lists at these monthlies lol. I had originally wanted to throw in royal oppression in the side, for example, but obviously that didn’t happen haha. 2) Necro Gardna is actually really good because it’s chainable during your opponent’s turn. Gotta do whatever you can to build up those chain links. 3) I’m convinced battle fader is better than fires of doomsday because you want to be able to draw into live cards from all the draw traps. Also synergizes with Rhynos since it’s gonna bounce to your hand and leave you open for a direct attack most of the time.
