I really appreciate the tutorial on how to draw the cotton :) I’m not planning on using this exact design for mine, but I’m always frustrated when I see an awesome drawing and can’t figure out how to do it! I’m not very artistic, so the breakdown is sooo helpful!!!

Shayda, I was just recently in a Big Box Store (not a regular occurrence) and came upon a display of artificial cotton stalks. I thought, 'What an usual and clever idea to use cotton bolls as decoration' and Wow, here you are with a video showcasing this lovely plant. Got my new BuJo yesterday. I planned a lot, what I wanted to transfer or what I wanna kick out, and I was like : Yeah I got this. But now I'm slightly overwhelmed 😂 but I loooove ur theme, maybe I will "copy" that😊👍
Shayda, I stressed over which dot journal to get to not have bleed through. Did you glue pages together in your bujo to keep from having image transfer? I got the Leuchtturm1917 journal and I'm having to glue pages together b/c even my Micron 01 bleeds through.
I bought a $5 dot journal from Michael's and I'm not having any trouble with bleeding through (except with Sharpie). It looks pretty much like the Leuchturn except the pages are whiter and not numbered. I'm quite pleased with it. The symbols are for use throughout the year on calendar and goal pages. If you have a list of tasks, for example, use the task boxes, if you have birthdays on your upcoming week/month use the bday symbol 😊
I grab the pen just like her! There are a lot of people who hold pens like us actually. I can even send the links of youtubers that do if you don't believe me
Hi! It's just a mechanical pencil from the dollar store. I believe the graphite refills that I load into are from Bic. I love working with a mechanical pencil, especially for illustrations. Hope that helps!
