Take care of that tootsie! Have had my share of foot issues (bone spurs mostly for this former dancer/backpacker/hiker/boxer. Miss ballet! Still can hike/walk all day. Record hiking is...over 23 miles. So about 35-37km? Oh yeah...loved the ad ;)

please put a decent elastic bandage on your ankle while it s swollen. If you don`t have equal pressure and holes in what ever is supposed to stabilize swelling will not get better, because you cause :D lymphatic congestion. Speedy recovery.

I’ve had 2 surgeries on each foot (last one in December). I tore a tendon the outer side of the ankle and my Achilles’ tendon. This is my type of gymnastics. Sending love from Ohio.
