I can do ALL things - conquer rejection, failure, regret, loneliness. During very dark time last year I chose to cling to God. I mustered every ounce of strength to do what He wanted me to do (love my enemies) rather than what I wanted to do (lash out). And He worked miracles. I stepped down and he worked miracles.
I love this verse---yes it must be taken with the verses above them. I have had many hardships in my life. Happiness comes and goes. With your faith in the Lord and looking Heavenward, you can be content in any situation with God's loving care.
