The only reason people separate the sauce from the dish is so that the food doesn't go all soggy if your not eating straight away. Sweet & sour pork is fried so if you have the sauce on for a long time it's not gonna be crisp. With the noodles it will end up like soup based. I respect people's preferences bt I would't wanna end up arguing about it.

You're all doing it wrong. The right way is pour some sauce into Sour Sweet Pork plate and then dip each piece into the sauce again :))
