Were are they made. Look fantastic.
Some in Davis, California - some are made in Germany, some others in Italy, and some others in Japan! I believe there is a Polish plant as well, and I'm sure I'm missing some of their global locations!
I still having trouble putting the codes in. And so if I Lear cad and cam I can just copy and past and press go ?

Great question - I don’t have any so I don’t know what the going rate would be unfortunately!
I program and run an 18 yr old basic Mori . I get paid 36 dollars an hr.
8 months in, running heidenhain dmgs. Almost in the $30 range. Took schooling for master cam and some basic cnc classes beforehand.
6:39 i call bs, how does the machine know how stable the cutter is? Also how does the machine know how much the part is warping and flexing?
There are sensors in the spindle that detect how much vibration is occurring and where, so it basically just visualizes it for you and allows you to run an analysis
Technologies are moving much faster than you think my dude...
