Hebs. 3:11 - 4:11 - The Word REST Appears 11 Times - That IS what God expects of us TODAY - Read It - We are to Rest IN Him so that we can be out of the way and He can do ALL of His Will and Purpose in and through the New Creature which He has ALREADY accomplshed in Christ's Victory - Now thats what the Word of God calls a Prophetic Word!!
I am agree that we should spend time with the Lord daily. To praise Him is good, not just because He is good and worthy of it all, but also because it shifts something in the invisible realm. Yet we need to be careful in order to not fall into the trap of religion. We should not and never do it for the sake of doing it because the Scripture says, that God's throne is on the praise of his people! If our songs are just fixed on our own, they don't bring glory to God, but that's what we were made for: We were made for God's glory. (Isaiah 43:7, Amplified Bible)
