The new effect showing the unit doing actions is an amazing addition.
The narrated, condensed action is so much better than hearing the same jokes or 'goofy noises' a hundred times a Bat Rep. This should be the standard.

Nice!!!! What an amazing battle report. Sylvaneth is such a fun army to play with all their tricks (even not being able to use here the groundshaking+no pile-in from behind the dryads). And Jordan, even when we discuss lists an tactics in the discord... what makes all Sylvanteh lists perform so well until the end in all the matches here in the channel is your skill! Even with your priority rolls from 2022 and your 1s on the venom XD

Don't know when you guys filmed this but April FAQ clarified no tag and go terrain control. Just caught giving the DoK desecrate their lands after being tabled in the bottom of 4. Great report though! Always love watching these! 35:42

That was pretty crazy at the end there. Basically warsong and Durthu took on 1500 pts of DOK over the course of 2 turns. I've really gotten behind dryads since the new season began, they are a truly impressive screen, with no bounty hunters around.
Yep - Dryads are great!!
I think Durthu killed about 35/25 Melusai over the course of the game lol

Great battle report! Did the Melusai Ironscale fight at the bottom of 3? I somehow missed that. Didn't see Turned into Crystal as well. Also, why didn't the DoK player Strike at the Opening at the top of 4. I imagine all of this could have taken out the Revenant.

Prediction after turn 1: Jordan is going to need to focus fire to win this game but it'll be a slug fest either way. My guess is that the trees win by capitalizing on teleports and out numbering DOK on objectives. Good luck to both lol they both have teleports
Well, that's one way to outnumber people on objectives lmao just a piece of advice if you're ever looking to play Jordan: Plan out the next couple turns because i've seen him come back from crazier games

Khailebron just doesn't seem worth it for a heavy melee list. Also the points increases that DOK got were not needed IMO. People just complain about Morathi because they don't know how to play against her.

I have started playing Oakenbrow and have been very surprised how it can pull wins out of dire situations.
DoK is in such a weird spot atm. IMO they didn't do them any favors by not fundamentally changing Morathi/SQ and Bows. Overall imo the army just feels stale and out of date with Morathi/Mindrazor barely holding the army together. W/R they are tanking as more and more 3rd ed tomes come out. Hoping for some points drops in the new balance update to shake things up.
Edit: Great game by the way! It was fun to see Sylvaneth do their thing even though they failed a bunch of key buffs/Monster Actions. They army is super powerful and fun to watch.
honestly they could have made the rest of the book better and cut out Morathis Command ability. but they just weakened everything around morathi, and therefore the book is unplayable with out her
You need to take also into account that battle tactics and grand strategies are a gift for DoK in their book. Two khinerai allows you for almost 3 battle tactics. Plus the grand strategy which is almost automatic is 9 points you gain. I guess the points increase is a way to account for this advantage that DoK have
