I used to have the same awful nightmare constantly most nights some weeks and then one day my nightmares became my reality and now I sleep too much in order to escape form my worst fears turned real. Funny how life works sometimes
I need to tell you this, even though I have seen this video so many times before going to sleep, last night was really cool. So last night I had a really bad nightmare, that I made me wake up crying. So I search this video and try to relax, then I fall asleep, and here is when it comes the cool thing. My next dream was with Taylor Swift 😂, I know it's kinda weird, but I'm really happy of dreaming with her. In my dream Taylor was my bestie and I helped her with a performance on an awards. 😌 I woke up really happy, and it was like "oh I have already dream with Taylor, that's crazy". So I put another video (I don't remember which one) and then I felt asleep, and I dreamed with Gal Gadot (wonder women) we were in the underground, and she asked me how to go to a place, and I went with her and we were besties too. 😂😌 So thank u so much Sarah for helping me that night with the anxiety that the dream caused me. And for making me dream with two of the people that I admired most. You made my night (and my dreams) way too better 🥰💕 So please don't stop making videos, Idk if u know that, but I'm sure that you are helping a lot of people with it. Pro Tip if anyone actually ends up in a situation similar to this: Don't wake someone who's having a nightmare. It causes unnecessary stress and discomfort + they have to then try and fall back asleep again. Great audio tho.

I had a nightmare we lost the kittens. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so much pure terror from a dream before. I’ve seen my parents being murdered I wake up crying normally. But I woke up gasping. We found them in the end. We drove them home but I woke up and I never felt so terrified. They are everything to me. They keep me grounded even when my parents don’t give a shit.
