    This is the best vehicle for 500km+ trips. That is where you feel it's true comfort, from how it cruises, to the way you can make yourself comfortable in it's seats with the recliners. A private jet on wheels.

    The 2015 and newer models of the Vellfire are also available in hybrid models. I have a 2018
    There's the 3.5CC Executive Lounge with a smoother & more powerful plant than the 2.5 Hybrid.
    I had a difficult choice to choose the 2.5 litres hybrid and 3.5 V6 and ended with a Hybrid version as my school runs and soccer practices with the boys would 50% CBD Kampala and it made economic sense and would give me better of all worlds.
    Thanks bro for the review, I get a closer, personal and candid carversation blood! Good work, keep it up. More good things are coming your way 😊

    I purchased the Alphard, the quality of this vehicle far surpasses toyota product imported into the North American market. The Velfire certainly is sporter, hard to beat these vehicles. Great ..stay safe❤.

    I've used the 2014 Alphard for a year now due to having 3 kids. The roadtrips are easy to do and the luxury is on a different level. You didn't do justice to the boot space, even with ample legroom you can still fit in at least 8 midsize suitcases. Loved the review.

      Its a luxury Mpv so- negative camber allows the car's tyre to be kept perpendicular to the road as the vehicle moves along, it will enable drivers to achieve a better grip on the road, reduce wheel vibration, and improve vehicle handling.

    The Alphard is a luxury MPV best for long distance journeys. I have owned both the 2.4l hybrid & the 3.0l 24valve V6 engines. The 3.5l V6 will give you power & thrill if that's what you want but be ready to spend an average 100k per month on fuel. Kindly review the 3.5l & Hybrid version of Alphard, Delica & Elgrand.

    • @charlesmwangi2525
      @charlesmwangi2525 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Kwanza hapo kwa Delica.....let us see your input.

    • @conrado.
      @conrado. ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Stop exageration bro. Even if you make daily trip from Nairobi to Nakuru, you cannot consume 100k on fuel alone a month

  • @kenbina

    How much low-end torque do the 3.0 and 3.5 V6 variants make? Is it possible that with higher low end torque, they don't require much throttle input to move the car, thus potentially making them a bit more fuel efficient?

    • @kevinmaina3657
      @kevinmaina3657 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Over long distances the larger engine is likely better at fuel consumption, the 3.0 prado has better consumption than the 2.7.

    Superb review lakini tulisha kubali that the Elgrand ndio king hapo ama umeruka tena. Slightly longer and wider so more interior room. But both are superb and the comfort is just top.\
    And hapo kwa the plastics yes the Elgrand has a bit more leather and also most touchable plastics are soft touch not hio kasuku ya prestige margarine that Toyota uses 🤣
