Hi Ray - thank you so much for this video, do you have one that shows the process for a Digital download or for courses please. Thank you again love your work
Great question and thanks for watching. Digital Download can be done in three ways typically. You can create an email and attach the download to the email,. which would be in a workflow, and when the email is send they will get the download. You can store the digital download in the media library and create a download link and then add that link to the email. Most popular would be to use the communities feature and create a course in ghl even if there is only one lesson and the video in the lesson is you saying thank you so much for purchasing you can use the link below in the decsription to download your product. This way they have to login to your portal and if you have other training in their they can access everything in one place. Remember what happens if they lose the email they can always login to your course and download it again.
Hey, very helpful video! Is there absolutely no way to remove the collections list once you click on a particular collection? Is there no CSS code or something to sort this out?? Looks terrible for it to still keep the collections there even after clicking imo

great video, I am trying to work out what are the delivery options for digital products in the online store on my webiste, after someone purchases, how do I deliver the file to them? Do I have to do an automation/worklow to deliver by email for every product?
Great question. If you are dealing with digital downloads/products I would always use the membership/community portal to always deliver content. That way every product they purc hase can be accessed by logging into your portal. Thank you for watching.
I can see you have multiple payment options available (24:52) I cant seem to find where to enable it. I enabled for example IDEAL and Apple pay in my stripe account, but in ghl only the default credit card payment option shows. Where and how do you enable the other payment options?

I want them to add add ons variety is cool and all but I want to work with restaurants and be able to do add ons that just add a certain price rather than making 89 varieties

Thanks Ray! This is so helpful. I'm not sure how much benefit there is to using the store, since you *have* to use it within a GHL website, and then there's a lack of sophistication with both the presentation, the last of breadcrumbs, and no built-in "View my Order" functionality.
I agree updates are needed but this is the first release of this and GHL will improve it based upon users comments in the idea board. Thanks for watching.

What fields for global products? You can import your products from stripe.

Hi Ray, I am not a GHL customer as of yet. My question is about using GHL and having e-commerce clients. As an agency, do you provide billable services you would market that can enhance their sales revenue? If so, If your client was to have multiple stores ( for example 5 ) would your revenue increase per store with that client? I am aware that GHL has added an e-commerce component, which is still under development. Im interested in your thoughts about the e-commerce growth for GHL Thanks
The biggest problem I see with the ecommerce setup in GHL is that you can only have one store per sub-account. You can enable ecommerce on multiple websites but you can't specify which products go into which store. When you have a product and make it available in the store its displayed on all online stores in the sub-account. So if you have one client with multiple types of products they sell they would have to be setup in a new sub-account. Hope you have a great day and thanks for watching.

But let's say you could provide a client with 5 or more stores within one account, would your revenue for services within GHL increase and in addition be a selling point to get new clients?
@@devworx.studio Not that I know of using GHL since there is no way to limit or charge per store currently.
@@HLGuy I would think you can charge for your services? One client, with 5 stores, is more than only one store. What I am finding is that most GHL users are not much into ecommerce.
