if you're into some kind of design, you can achieve the design with Linux, but it doesn't come with this smooth design out of the box, but not too far from being as good looking with e.g. Pop OS, which I'm using on my laptop, and will install on my gaming PC after upgrading to the next gen AMD CPU later this year
Let's over throw Microsoft and give it to AR 4789 Microsoft done rightfully and traditionally allowing upgrades with no harsh requirements all glory to AR 4789 for the future of Microsoft!

I'm not an expert but this destiny will score very low when it comes to being accessible. An OS isn't just about aesthetics but also about how usable it is. This design might look good, but it will be unusable.
@@bitit_boy sure, but I bet it's way more difficulty to actually get suck major design tweeks working on Windows, and my comment wasn't saying you need Linux to do it, just that pretty much anyone with design knowledge and willpower to tweek Linux can do it, assuming they're willing to learn Linux at first, ofc. I'm a Linux guy myself, but not into design stuff, just coding/programming

@@khvocddddddddddddddd when do we actually get an update of windows looking so modern like this, or maybe and app that makes windows better. There is an app that makes windows look better but it isn't perfect and has so many bugs i wish that app was completed so my desktop looks better.

@@pentaristo for wallpapers never install lively wallaper, instead of that I stall "backiee" from microsoft store it has best and popular wallpapers

Because people like legacy thing more, example Windows 10 is most used that Windows 11, Windows users hate changes, because I like Mac OS and Linux more than Windows and your community
@@kevinyoliveira68 Don't get me wrong. I am also a MacOS user but when it comes to gaming, don't have much choice but to choose Windows. But I don't like being statics. I like changes. However, Windows make changes very drastically. Windows 10 is more like a desktop platform and all when Windows 11 is more like a mobile platform and UI made for tablets and convertibles. That's why Windows users don't like that. This is the difference from MacOS and Linux. It's like, they walk the same path with different clothes and appearances.
Because it's not a practical design.
Because creating something like this is difficult and time-consuming, even sometimes you have to rewrite several thousand lines in the source code because the original concept didn't allow for certain things. There is also the struggle with bugs, stability and crashes. If you think it's all that simple then you are perfectly presenting us with your ignorance.

And the system requierments dont get me started on talking about that and the usb installer the usbs are too weak for so much animations
Last time I checked Windows 12 doesn't exist
before-install and 1366x without drivers being installed can't handle those animations.
