Well, yeah, if you're going to want to get the name of the person, you're going to want to have that in the script. In the video, I didn't show how to do all of it, but if you want to get the name of the person, you're first going to have to map the whole thing. For example, if you want the name, you're going to have to run a test call to get the name of that person. And then from then on, you will be able to get the names of the people the AI talks to.
@@emanueltermure So, I know that would be simply asking for the name, but would you then have to create a function for it to capture that? or is post call summaries enough, in Make, its only showing call started, not call analysed?
@@RobTurkey This is how I have mine set up and working: Click "Add On" under "Post Call Analysis," enter the name of the post-call analysis tool, for example, "Name," and then enter the description, "Name that lead provides over the phone." Let me know if that works for you.

@@MindfulMusings101 That is super weird. The way I showed it in my TH-cam video is how I do it for all my clients, and it shows notes for them in HighLevel. I would recommend joining the Retell Discord community and asking support about your problem.
