Boiling hot water for sure! This is my routine I use an African exfoliating net or baby wash cloth those two are the only thing the really cleanse my body , I use a dove bar soap and body wash two combination CHEF KISSS , and I use boric acid feminine wash! Life changing!

Any shower I take always starts off warm warm then the longer I’m in the shower the cooler I make it cause I tend to get hot fast and by the end I’m in like Luke warm water especially like it for my hair I rinse out conditioner with cooler water really as cold as I can and it makes my hair so silky and shiny huge difference from using hot water at the end of my hair routine
dont use hot water for your hair!!! especially if you have dry hair, dry scalp, and flaky scalp! hot water contributes to all of these things. it doesnt have to be ice cold, but for your hair just think of the temp of a pool.

don’t oil your hair when your scalp so oily will cause hair loss and when you wash your hair use the daily shampoo first wash it and then apply the detox shampoo
There’s really no reason to double cleanse your body when you aren’t wearing sunscreen on your body, why does everyone do it? And use something abrasive each time to wash then follow with scrub as if they didn’t already exfoliate! You guys are gonna make your skin so sensitive down the road

sameeee! i always cold so i start hot, i let my conditoner sit the whole shower, shave last. so i rinse my hair and shave with cold water
