The brain of this Man is higher than any one can think of it.
This man is naturally intelligent beyond what the eye can meet.Honestly it's fun in part due to how he is looking,it's also interesting listening to him on the other hand.I feel this man is a victim of diabolical hands in his family or from somewhere else,jealous people who don't want to see a brilliant mind excel and cast spells.I feel so sorry,but this guy is a genius somehow,a great brain.
Others can say he is a psychiatric patient,yes something is wrong with him,but I believe it's beyond that.
He is a real pot of wealth and a rich library......what a blessing to the Zambians and Africans in general

This man is a genius
Mr. Mulyokela is right regarding the so called free education in Zambia. The total cost of education has 2 parts, namely, Direct and Indirect costs. Direct costs include moneys paid directly to the school, such fees as tuition, room and board etc. Indirect costs include money spent on all other required and necessary items to attend school, such as uniforms, books, pens/pencils and other required school supplies. The govt has only addressed direct costs while families with school children are expected to indirect costs.
I am really wondering why many wise people on earth don't make their life better in this world. this man is better than my president with all explanations and arguments in all sectors. may the lord help us. God bless you Mr. President. my kind request for the government to build that man a house

It's true ,only Kaunda is the person who was giving free education ,coz I was in grade one in 1971 and we were recieving free medication,chalk,books, uniform, education,balls, free food for boarding school children.i agree with you Mr mulyokera.

Very sad that man who was well educated is looking like this. He certainly needs some prayers. I also received free education like him under KK. My children went to a government school here & they received free education but they had to buy uniform & books. Another one also went to a private grammar school & we paid tuition thru the nose just yo receive the teaching. We still bought books & pens besides paying tuition fees. HH & his team have given free education for tuition which is the most expensive part with education.
The people calling him mad, you're just hurt because his speaking the truth. 😅
However, We appreciate the work of the president and the only thing we can do as a country is to pray for the country at large🙏 especially for the leaders and for peace

When will Zambians learn?
He knows how to use "words" and interpreting very well without being misunderstood. "You can't use words in any court of law without understanding the words you're saying." Beautiful!!! Many times we imprison ourselves by misusing words by quoting them wrongly without understanding what we intend to mean.

I totally des agree with him on free education time of KK the majority of people were about 2 million people that is the reason why they were able to give out Free education Free Books Free Pencils and remember even the number schools were small but know we have millions of schools,as for CDF I totally agree with him because, that's why in our Constituencies development is taking too long to develop the Constituency despite of being the CDF increased up to k 38 million because there's a lot of things involved, let the issue of empowerment be handled by CEEC not CDF

Mr Mulyokela clearly, defines the word FREE education. It is true FREE EDUCATION is not fully or truly realized in Zambia to day. Poor people are failing to meet the demands and requirements for education needs. School learners are demanded to buy
Exercise books pencils uniform rubbers school shoes and many more.In Kaunda era we used to drink milk free of charge uniforms and so on . What is applicable to day is not FREE EDUCATION.
