I did something similar recently, basically i had this idea of an immortal viking just going around making significant changes to the map (like elevating the kingdom of mann and the isles, ending the iberian struggle etc.), each time going back to square one by turning himself adventurer and just migrating somewhere else, he got the conqueror event right off the bat, so i feared that when i turned adventurer the conqueror trait would be lost, thus i migrated to mongolia the classical way by picking small counties in siberia until reached monglia i conquered, hybridised and became the greatest of khans with the conqueror trait, it was a wild ride.
Just imagine being a feudal ruler and just hearing rumours about this insane immortal viking running around stealing kingdoms and just slaughtering thousands... I would probably have game-ended myself or fled into the wilds to avoid his wrath.

My to-go route is, making a custom ruler, within the 400 limit of course, replace the Chieftain of Mon, and build your army a bit, build your tribal holding, raiding etc., once you're strong enough, do an independence war against Jarl Ivar then create the Duchy of Mon. Once you get the requirements, you can then create the Kingdom of Mann and by Golly that is OP. I usually start there, take over all England, Denmark then go for Norway and hold them for 30 years, then create the Empire of the North Sea :D

The problem with the immortal trait is that without the right perks, when your non-immortal close family die, you will gain stress. And since you will be producing so many children and have so many spouses, them dying will eventually put you in a stress gain downward spiral until you have an aneurysm and die. The immortal trait keeping you from becoming incapable, which is meant to represent someone never becoming senile in old age, also completely disregards mental damage through both emotional and physical trauma, and thus is OP. Or at least on paper it is. In reality, it means NOTHING.

Make same challenge but with HAESTEINN being inbred and having many bad traits instead :) And end challenge with all Haesteinn dynasty having level 3 of all good inheritable traits
I haven't played ck3 in ages. Sadly went for my meta build for first play back. Everything is good but Christians around Christians. So I typically get a kingdom and just pilgrim and build alliances and spread my kids around a ton. Then make my own religion taking over what I want. But at a very young age my first charcheter is a poet, holy, mountain (were I live) and forest warrior. Pilgrim hunter, did it as early as I could and ontop of all that first time ever seeing conquer perk. I was so excited but sad at sametime. There was a few other things that made me go this is the God build but wish it was my 2nd not my first.
