Really? Well i sure have really different opinions than you. The best line to describe their relationship is when Belly says to Taylor "Conrad liked that i liked him, but he never actually liked me". He never did. I don't think this love will last. It'll end up like that of Augustine and James. Taylor was ALWAYS right about him. Even in the car when she says that he should just let her go. Taylor and Cam are honestly the only mature ones on here apart from ofc some of the older ones. Taylor was really decisive and a nice friend to Belly. Cam also knew how to let go. They are in complete juxtaposition to Conrad and Belly. The former doesn't know how to let go and the latter is really indecisive.
The issue is that, Conrad and Jeremiah are both so great, that it doesn't let the viewer have an easy time choosing. There is usually a couple that sticks out from the rest. The reason I say team Conrad, is because they have a deeper spark and connection. And Conrad clearly had something for her, before she "turned pretty". So yeah... pretty obvious. (The main reason for me is- they just have the spark. if you know, you know.)

Tbh, I liked Conrad's character more, I feel like a lot of people liked Jeremiah because of how vocal he was towards Belly especially how he felt about her which is a great thing but I feel like most people are forgetting that there are people like Conrad especially in real life who are less expressive and vocal about their love for others because they tend to be more reserved and shy. There's nothing wrong about smaller gestures rather than big gestures like Jeremiah does, actually I think it's Conrad and Belly's moments that are much sweeter and special because although it might be small glances, it means a lot, its feels more intimate. I feel like people are used to seeing big gestures especially in movies because it's seen as more romantic even though small gestures can be just as romantic and even more meaningful.
Jeremiah is rly cute but idk Conrad and belly just have had sexual tension since the first episode even when he was being an asshole to her. I think Jeremiah is just a really likeable character but there's acc more chemistry between belly and Conrad. I think Jer would be perfect with Taylor
Conrad my love, the most missunderstood character on the show. He was literally the sweetest, just going around all summer, cleaning after everyone, and taking care of his mom. He just (sometimes) had a hard time expressing his feelings while grieving. So like, why wasn't anybody actually helping him (Cleveland gets some credit though).

Cam is the steady, warm and cozy campfire. jere was the fireworks, exciting and a little scary. And Conrad, he is right, sometimes hot, sometimes scary, but you know is just right.

I downloaded the audio books and I've got the books. I am so obsessed with this series, how it's brought the characters to life. I'm team Conrad. I'm not a fan of Jeremiah personally. I don't like the firework stunt he pulled and I feel he's carefree and a bit more childish in a sense. My taste is just more Conrad who is a little more serious, closed and sarcastic, but still does care in his own way. This edit is seriously stunning. One of my favourite songs also 😊 Xx

It's been 2 months that we last spoke, Conrad reminds me of him all over again. There is always so much to look for a guy but one that is quiet......
I love this series so far the characters are great and all beautiful they're not all buff they actually resemble teenagers and don't give young teens guys a feeling that they have to be buff at 16 and 17
something about jer and belly is that they only have chemistry when their making out. with conrad and belly you can tell by all the little looks and moments that he does for that he loves her. they only kiss once in the show and that sorta shows that they have a deeper connection beyond just kissing. with them it’s all the little thing that matters (like infinity) and to me i love that so much more.
People criticize Conrad for the way he treated Belly (it wasn't right, but it was the way he dealt with his pain. pushing everyone away) but can't see Jer's toxic personality either. Yea, he's amazing except for his immature manners (by interrupting their kiss or inducing Nicole to continue investing in Conrad even though he knows the truth). He'll definitely do everything to separate them in the coming seasons
Exactly, Jeremiah's character was so attractive when he was the fun and carefree best friend. The minute he see's Conrad's interest (while also being aware Belly has loved his for years) he chooses to interrupt ON PURPOSE. Like all Conrad's behaviour is completely because he was just dealing with his own thing but unaware of Jeremiah's intentions, while Jeremiah was doing all to split them up, which is not only evil but very selfish and strange.
Ik a lot of people like Jeremiah based on the show and Conrad on the books but tbh I liked Conrad more even before I read the books. His character loves Belly more and thats really visible.

I saw a comment once that said that the idea of a first love working out isn’t realistic, but that’s why I love this book turned series. Belly realises that she needs to get over Conrad however just like in reality, a first love is really hard to forget, so she will always love him. No matter who else is in the picture. And although Jeremiah is more expressive, Conrad notices the little things about her, he knew what his feelings were for her, and he knew that Jeremiah was the right choice and supported them. But nevertheless they still had a connection, no matter who was in their lives, they were always endgame.

I downloaded the audio books and I've got the books. I am so obsessed with this series, how it's brought the characters to life. I'm team Conrad. I'm not a fan of Jeremiah personally. I don't like the firework stunt he pulled and I feel he's carefree and a bit more childish in a sense. My taste is just more Conrad who is a little more serious, closed and sarcastic, but still does care in his own way. This edit is seriously stunning. One of my favourite songs also 😊 Xx

Conrad reminds me of someone, someone whom I had known for many years, but met like twice... The first time I saw him, we exchanged "Hi", my heart skipped few beats. It's been 2 months that we last spoke, Conrad reminds me of him all over again. There is always so much to look for a guy but one that is quiet......

the characters are great and all beautiful
they're not all buff they actually resemble teenagers and don't give young teens guys a feeling that they have to be buff at 16 and 17
something about jer and belly is that they only have chemistry when their making out. with conrad and belly you can tell by all the little looks and moments that he does for that he loves her. they only kiss once in the show and that sorta shows that they have a deeper connection beyond just kissing.
with them it’s all the little thing that matters (like infinity) and to me i love that so much more.

People criticize Conrad for the way he treated Belly (it wasn't right, but it was the way he dealt with his pain. pushing everyone away) but can't see Jer's toxic personality either. Yea, he's amazing except for his immature manners (by interrupting their kiss or inducing Nicole to continue investing in Conrad even though he knows the truth). He'll definitely do everything to separate them in the coming seasons
Exactly, Jeremiah's character was so attractive when he was the fun and carefree best friend. The minute he see's Conrad's interest (while also being aware Belly has loved his for years) he chooses to interrupt ON PURPOSE. Like all Conrad's behaviour is completely because he was just dealing with his own thing but unaware of Jeremiah's intentions, while Jeremiah was doing all to split them up, which is not only evil but very selfish and strange.

I saw a comment once that said that the idea of a first love working out isn’t realistic, but that’s why I love this book turned series. Belly realises that she needs to get over Conrad however just like in reality, a first love is really hard to forget, so she will always love him. No matter who else is in the picture. And although Jeremiah is more expressive, Conrad notices the little things about her, he knew what his feelings were for her, and he knew that Jeremiah was the right choice and supported them. But nevertheless they still had a connection, no matter who was in their lives, they were always endgame.
